M&L for servicing of 1.5/2.0/3.0 TR capacity window/split type AC after disconnecting from electric supply, opening suction & dicharge pipes of outer unit , and removing scratch, dust with iron brush,cleaning condessor unit,compressor, cooling coil/cleaning of fan blade/ cleaning of filter of inner unit etc,with water & air blower including (checking thermostate, starting capacitior, running capacitor) and reinstalling the same at the desired places complete all as specified and directed. Note:Refreigerant Gas shall be measured and paid under respective item here-in-after separately as required and as pre manufacturer instruction.

Taking down/up defective AC (Window/Split Type) 1.5 TR Capacity, Transportation from MES Store Yard/Site to Workshop and Back including re-fixing /re-installing after taking out defective/burnt rotary type Compressor Sealed Unit and providing new Compressor of same Capacity and same make, Flushing of Condenser and Charging with required quantity of appropriate Refrigerant Gas including re-connection of Electric Connections and Testing, complete all as specified and directed. MAKE : CAMIPRO/EMERSION/TECUMSEH Note:Refreigerant Gas shall be measured and paid under respective item here-in-after separately as required and as pre manufacturer instruction.

Gas Charging with R-22/R-32/M-22 Gas of AC (Window/Spilt Type) 1.5/2.0/3.0 TR Capacity with required quantity and as suitable for Refrigerant in the Unit including Checking of Leakage in the System, Brazing the Leakage Parts of Oil Gas Tubing as required complete all as specified and directed.

Gas Charging with R-134A/R-410A/R-407C/R-404A Gas of AC (Window/Spilt Type) 1.5/2.0/3.0 TR Capacity with required quantity and as suitable for Refrigerant in the Unit including Checking of Leakage in the System, Brazing the Leakage Parts of Oil Gas Tubing as required, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down and shifting to other location AC split type/window (1.5TR, 2.0TR, 3.0TR) capacity and Re-installation/ re-commissioning with one inner unit, one outer unit after minor servicing including making connection with copper tubes from inner unit to outer unit including filling of refrigerant gas and connecting electrically and testing, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Overhauling of Voltage Stabilizer of 1.0 KVA, 2.0 KVA/3.0 KVA & 5 KVA Capacity of any make including replacement of defective Relays, Capacitors, Switches, Voltmeters and Testing, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Painting of External old outdoor unit shed of split AC'S 1.5/2.0/3.0 TR capacity and removing existing Paint and applying two Coat of Synthetic enamel Paint (Colour Shade as approved ) after preparation of surfaces of AI and PGI sheet complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repairing De-humidifire, Servicing, cleaning, including checking serviceability at the site and reinstalling at the same place complete all as specified and directed.
