Eligibility Criteria

Conditional tenders will not be accepted

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Royalty on construction materials and other taxes will be deducted as per prevailing Govt orders

As per Karnataka state Government order LD/300/LET/2006 Bangalore dated 01.01.2007 and Government letter no PW/134/BMS/2007 dated 27.07.2007, a sum amounting to 1% of the bill amount will be deducted towards constructions labour

All scanned documents to be uploaded shall be in original and the Executive Engineer reserves the right to verify the documents before approval

The employer reserves the rights to Reject or accept any or all the tenders without assigning any reasons

All safety precautions, warning signs, night illumination, reflectors, deployment of security guards has to be ensured so that no untoward incident happens on account of negligence or any project activity. Contractor should indemnify the client to that extent

GST of 18% shall be paid to the tendered amount separately

GST shall not be paid in the extended period of contract for which the contractor alone is responsible for the delay as determined by the authority while granting the extension of time

The contractor who participates in tenders for more than one work for which tenders are invited in this IFT, the tenderer must fulfill all the conditions and criteria cumulatively for the participated works

Assessed available tender capacity AxNx2.50 - B where A Maximum value of Man Power Service works executed in any one year during the last five years (updated to 2026-27 price level) taking into account the completed as well as works in progress N Number of years prescribed for completion of the works for which Tenders are invited. B Value, at 2026-27 price level, of existing commitments and on-going works to be completed. The tenderer has to Assess.

The work should be Maintenance upto 3 (three) Month (including Mansoon)

EMD of Rs. 4,500/- is to be paid in full through e-payment

All precautions should be taken by the contractor so that there are no damages to such public/ private properties

Contractor should take all precautionary measures to avoid any damage to the utilities during excavation as well as utility shifting. To that extent the contractor should indemnify the client

Contractor should follow strictly the prevailing rules of labour act

Further particulars if any required by the Contractor can be had from the office of the Executive Engineer PWD Sedam Division during office hours on all working days Sedam

Security deposit for an amount equivalent to 5% of the contract price shall be deducted in every running bill. However, in case of first and final bill the entire security deposit will be deducted from the final bill.

To qualify for award of this contract, each tenderer in his name should have in the last five years period 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26 (a) achieved in at least one financial year a minimum annual financial turnover (in all classes of civil engineering construction works only) (usually not less than the estimated costs under this contract) and (Annual Turnover Certificate Must be with the UDIN No Other Wise Turnover is not Considered)

To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e., 22021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26 (b) Satisfactorily completed, as prime contractor, any civil work to an extent of 25% of the cost of the work. Financial turnover of previous years shall be given a weight of 10% per year to bring them to the price level of the 2026-27 in the Technical Qualification Criteria mentioned in the next section.

The contractor belonging to the SC/ST/CAT-2A Shall be domicile of the state of Karnataka for more than 10years (Suitable documents to be uploaded) as per the rules of Govt of Karnataka No:FD 876 exp-12/2017, Bangaluru dated 10.10.2017
