Providing and laying 75 mm thick Wet Mix Macadam mix conforming to clause 406 of Specification for road and bridge works (5th Revision) of MORT&H (Ministry of Road Transports and Highways), including cost of coarse aggregates fine aggregates, etc through cleaning and thoroughly mixing with water in WMM plant at required OMC as approved by the Engineer-In-charge, carrying the premixed materials by means of tipper, trucks or any other approved and suitable arrangements, laying the mixed materials over the prepared surface by means of paver finisher including manual operation as and when required for proper grade, level and camber, through rolling with power roller with necessary hand packing and pinning to give an even surface, including running expenses of all plants and machineries, inclusive expenses of proper traffic control during laying to the satisfaction of Engineer-In-charge, required quality control tests at required interval etc complete in all respect as directed, compacted thickness of Wet Mix Macadam 225 mm(Three layers of 75 mm thick).

Providing and applying prime coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of WMM including clearing of road surface with mechanical broom and spraying primer @ 7.50 Kg per 10 sqm. (using BPD with manual labour) conforming to clause 502 of MORT&H Specification for road and bridge works (5th Revision) of MORT&H (Ministry of Road Transports and Highways), complete in all respect as directed.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using bitumen pressure distributor @ 2.5 Kg/10 Sqm on prepared WMM and DBM surface cleaned with mechanical broom, all complete as per clause 503 of MoRT&H specifications for road and bridge works (5th Revision) of MORT&H (Ministry of Road Transports and Highways), complete in all respect as directed.

Providing and laying 50 mm thick consolidated Dense Bituminous Macadam (DBM)conforming to clause 505 of MORT&H Specification for road and bridge works (5th Revision) of MORT&H (Ministry of Road Transports and Highways), including cost of coarse aggregates fine aggregate filler, bitumen (quantity and grade as per approved job mix formula) etc, pre-heating of the mineral aggregate, filler bitumen to the specified temperature, thoroughly mixing with binder of specified bitumen content as per mix design (Pre-heating of the mineral aggregates and filler and mixing the same with heated bitumen to be done with Hot mix plant of 20T-30T/40T-60T capacity as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge), carrying the hot premixed materials by means of tipper, trucks or any other approved and suitable arrangements, pouring the hot premixed materials in the paver finisher, laying, compaction including running expenses of all plants inclusive of, required quality control tests at required interval etc complete in all respect as directed, compacted thickness of Dense bituminous layer 50 mm thick consolidated

Providing and laying of 30 mm thick consolidated Bituminous Concrete mix conforming to clause 507 of MORT&H Specification for road and bridge works (5th Revision) of MORT&H (Ministry of Road Transports and Highways), including cost of coarse aggregates fine aggregate filler, bitumen (quantity and grade as per approved job mix formula) etc, pre-heating of the mineral aggregate, filler bitumen to the specified temperature, thoroughly mixing with binder of specified bitumen content as per mix design (Pre-heating of the mineral aggregates and filler and mixing the same with heated bitumen to be done with Hot mix plant of 20T-30T/40T-60T capacity as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge), carrying the hot premixed materials by means of tipper, trucks or any other approved and suitable arrangements, pouring the hot premixed materials in the paver finisher, laying, compaction including running expenses of all plants inclusive of, required quality control tests at required interval etc complete in all respect as directed, compacted thickness of Bituminous Concrete layer 30 mm Thick consolidated.
