Brick work in Cement Mortar1:6 using best quality Burnt Clay Brick of size 9" x 4 3/8" x 2 3/4" with class designation of 7.5 conforming to IS 1077-1992 for foundation and basement including Cost of Mortar Plasticizer curing, etc.,complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Brickwork shall be done as per IS 2212-1991 adopting English Bond generally.other type of bond shall be done as directed by the Executive Engineer in charge. 2nd floor.

Brick partition walls of 11.50cm thickness using best quality Burnt Clay Brick of size 9" x 4 3/8" x 2 3/4" with class designation of 7.5 conforming to IS 1077-1992 in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three CS Sand) using hoop iron reinforcement if found necessary including Cost of Mortar Plasticizer, curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (Hoop iron reinforcement will be measured and paid for separately)

Supplying and erecting centering for plane surfaces such as RCC Floor/Roof Beam, Lintels, Cantilever Beams, Bed Blocks etc.. with necessary supports and strutting upto 3.60m height in all floors with all cross bracings using MS Sheets made of 10 gauge thick welded with MS angle of Size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm for boarding laid over Steel adjustable Span of Size 2m x 2m(expandable upto 3.60m) and Silver Oak Joists of Size 10 x 5 cm spaced at 50cm to 60cm c/c and supported by Steel Adjustable Telescopic Props of Size 2m x 2m (expandable upto 3.60m) made with outer steel pipe with dia 50mm (3.60mm thick) and inner steel pipe with dia 40mm (2.90mm thick) Spaced at not more than 50 to 60cm c/c, etc complete complying with standard specifications. Steel adjustable span and Steel Adjustable telescopic props shall be provided as directed by the departmental Officers. (Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid).

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position Mild Steel / Ribbed Tor Steel reinforcement grills of all variety like HYSD/CTD/TMTand all grade like Fe 500, Fe550D, Fe 500 D etc., for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel reinforcement and G.I. binding wire, wastage etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.(Contractor has to make his own arrangements for the supply of steel reinforcement and binding wire)

Cement Concrete 1:1-1/2:3 (One Cement, One and a half crushed stone sand and Three hard broken stone jelly) using 20 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including Super Plasticiser, laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of walls, beams etc. shall be finished smooth with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) and kraft paper laid over it without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers - manual mix. 2nd floor

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five Plastering sand), 12mm thick in all floors including mortar plasticizer at 200ml per 50Kg of cement used, curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Plastering the surface of walls with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One cement and Three plastering sand), 12mm thick in all floors including mortar plasticizer at 200ml per 50Kg of cement used, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Cleaning the surface thoroughly with water and remove all the impurities and loose plaster, flacks, fungus growth etc.,by suitable mechanical means like scrapping or wire brushing and subsequently wash with adequate water to get an absolutely cleaned surface to take on further treatment. All the grooves will be refilled with multi proof Co- polymer with filler loose plastes and cured cement mass will be removed to make the surface clean and applying Gal-Tech C.T. Epoxy Virgin Solvent free Anticorrosive two packs resin 50+ hardener 50(one coat) as primer impregnated with 110 GSM Glass Cloth over that apply C.T Epoxy two coats as a final that will for FRB lining etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers at site of work.

Supplying, laying and jointing UPVC pipes of Class 6 (having working pressure of 12.50 kg/sq.cm) conforming to IS 4985- 2000 of approved quality and best variety conforming to BIS of the following dia including cutting and fixing UPVC specials using UPVC adhesives (but excluding cost of such specials) in accordance with IS 7634-3 (2003) and fixing into wall with teak wood plugs, PVC clamps and screws making holes on the wall (or) drilling holes in the roof and making good the dismantled portion to original condition with necessary brick work / cement concrete and plastering neatly wherever necessary with necessary scaffolding charges upto 4 metre height above ground level, etc., complete complying with standard specifications. The PVC pipes shall be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works - External water supply above ground level / Below ground level.

Paving the floor with best quality Double charged vitrified Tiles of 600 x 600 x 8mm size and variety conforming IS 15622 with water absorbtion less than 0.08% of approved colour and shade laid over cement mortar bed of 20mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three crushed stone sand) with required Cement Slurry and Mortar Plasticizer in all floors and the top pointed with Water Resistant Tile Epoxy Grout etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Flooring with ceramic tiles of 600 x 600 x 8mm size and variety conforming to IS 15622 laid over cement mortar bed of 20 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three crushed stone Sand) with required Cement Slurry and Mortar Plasticizer including cutting the tiles to the required size with special cutter wherever necessary, laying in position and pointing with Water Resistant Tile Epoxy Grout at the rate of 0.27 Kg. / sq.m. etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Dadooing walls with 1200 x 600 x 10mm size best approved quality, white / colour glazed tiles conforming to IS 15622 of following sizes in Cement Mortar 1:2 (One Cement and Two crushed stone sand),10 thick with Mortar Plasticizer and pointing the joints with Water Resistant Tile Epoxy Grout at the rate of 0.27 Kg. / sq.m. neatly in all floors, curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.(The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Supplying and fixing PVC Trims (Corner Beeding) for wall joints, Pillar corners etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Louvered Ventilators of from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm x 58mm and shutter profile size of 60 x 78mm both profiles are reinforced with GI/1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profile are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with all over the edges of frame and shutter. The corners and joints should be welded and cleaned. Radiations pin headed glass 4mm thick should be provided in the louvers. The window should be fixed to the wall with 100% packing with screws and silicon packing all round the frames. The ventilator should be got approved from the Executive Engineer before use on work

Supplying and fixing WPC door shutters including cost of furniture fitting such as 3 nos 4"brass butt hinges, 2nos 6"brass tower bolt, 2nos 4"brass hand, 1 no brass, single key shutter, mortice lock without night latch, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers at site of work.

Supplying and fixing Mild Steel grills for windows, ventilators etc.,complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting Old Plastered Wall Surface with One coats of Primer of approved quality and colour over the existing wall in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.(The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

Providing Single skin wall panelling using 2.0"x1.0" Aluminium Channel 2"-0" intervals on both directed and fixing to the existing wall and fixing 19mm thick water proof plywood and 1mm thick mica sheet with ndeat finishing of approved quality and including labour, material and loading and unloading charges etc., Complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing of Back Panel setup with Storage Unit of approved size (450 mm depth) fabricated out of 19 mm thick commercial plywood with Aluminium Frame 50.80 x 25.40mm x 1.16mm thick conforming to IS:303 for sides, top, bottom, partitions and shutters. The back panel shall be 12 mm thick commercial plywood rigidly fixed with screws and adhesive. All exposed exterior and interior surfaces shall be finished with 1.0 mm thick decorative laminate of approved make and shade. All edges shall be provided with 2 mm thick PVC edge banding neatly machine finished. Shutters shall be fixed with approved quality stainless steel hinges, handles, magnetic catchers and hand lock arrangement. Shelves shall be adjustable with suitable shelf supports. The unit shall be provided with necessary fittings, fixtures and hardware of approved make. The storage unit shall be properly aligned, leveled and securely fixed to the wall with suitable fasteners. The rate shall include cost of materials, labour, adhesive, screws, center portion premium wall paper and government 1 feet dia brass emblem ect.,. The work shall be completed in all respects complying with PWD standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Collecting the scattered debries using tipper machinery from work spot and loading into the tipper lorry and conveying away the same to outside by lorry to a lead of 3km entirely with in city limit including loading and unloading charges and dumping in low places and levelling neatly etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
