Taking down Cement Plaster of any description on brick walls or on concrete surfaces including raking out Joints, hacking for Key, scrubbing down with water, etc., and removing same from the site of work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces including water proofing compoumd (WPC), and finished fair and even, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE:- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item here-in-after.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface, and finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 5 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 on fair faces of concrete surfaces as in ceiling finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) including three coat of white wash after preparation of new plastered surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L applying two coat of oil bound distemper over a layer of 2mm thick (average thickness) white putty & primer as on wall surface after preparation of newly plastered surface of wall complete all as specified and directed.

M&L applying two coats of cement base paint after preparation of newly plastered surface of wall complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete including existing roof treatment & removing all rubbish off the premises, as per the direction including cleaning throughly, washed with water to remove dust etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:2:4), type B-0 (using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs or mud stops,making slope / gradient required on roof slab complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:4 on PCC using WPC @ 3% by wt of cement as on roof slab complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item here-in-after.

Supply only integral water proofing compound, confirming to IS and as approved complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Priming surfaces and applying normal treatment (for moderate conditions) using glass fibre base bitumen felt, grade 2 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L applying a layer of APP based Polymeric membrane, 3.0mm thick (minimum) weighing 3.0 Kg/Sqm (reinforced) with polyster Non wove fabric (weighnig not less than 150 gms /Sqm) by torch application. The overlap shall be minimum 100 mm on Traverce direction and 75 mm on longitudinal direction and sealing overlap complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing water tank of capacity exc 250 n exc 500litre, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting, reconnecting and re-fixing in same position complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE:- The rate for cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc.shall deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Dismantling wall /ceiling boards( fibre, pulf, insulation etc) any thickness incl cover fillets complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for false ceiling with aluminium anodised snap grid (605X605mm size) to support the boards / tiles including hanging proper hanging arrangement with anodized galvanised iron wire and adjustercomplete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for hangers 6mm dia GI (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 40 x 3mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia, 40mm long complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 4mm thick Non asbestos fibre cement building board fixed or laid/inserted to timber/GI/Aluminium framework with screws complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 4 mm thick asbestos cement plain building board as in ceiling fixed to timber frame work with screws complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for roof trusses Fe 290 (Gde-165)(framed), trussed purlins crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, doors etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive or steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer over 10cm width or girth after preparation of new steel or Iron surfaces of any description not otherwise described complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc. of any descriptions, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for brick work with sub-class ‘B’ bricks, (locally available best quality) in half brick thick wall built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for brick work with sub-class ‘B’ brick, old size (locally available best quality) straight or curved on plan exc. 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.
