FRACTION COLLECTOR:• Carousel-type fraction collector, automatic, for column chromatography • Time and drop collection modes (or volume collection mode when connected to the appropriate system) • Should provide for collection of 1 drop to at least 9 ml fractions in each of at least 80 test tubes (size 13 OD x 100 mm height or bigger). • Should also have the facility for fraction collection in 1.5 ml microtubes (with optional adaptor) • Should have capacity for at least 80 test tubes of capacity at least 9 ml each and, with optional adaptor, for 1.5 ml microtubes • Should have facility for mounting small chromatography columns to drop-forming arm to minimize dead volume. • Should be programmable for keeping set value per fraction as 1 to 999 drops in 1 drop increments and its appropriate time equivalent. • Material of construction should be good and corrosion resistant – for example polypropylene and polycarbonate for case, carousel, front panel; silicone rubber for drop former; polyurethane tube for waste outlet tube. • Should have cold room compatibility; operating temperature 4 to 40C, operating on power supply of 220/240V, 50Hz. • Should have relevant safety certifications such as IEC61010, CSA22.2, or equivalent. • System must be offered with 1 year on-site warranty

LED Light Red Far Red Blue:• LED modules of adjustable monochromatic Far red, red and Blue in the same tray or separately. • Specified wavelengths required:  Far red 725(min) 740(nom) 750(max)nm  Deep red 650(min) 660(nom) 670(max)nm  Blue 455(min) 470(nom) 485(max)nm • Electrical input 230 V AC, 50Hz, 13 amp max. • All three light sources should be separately dimmable. • User replaceable MCB protection.
