SPECIAL REPAIR/REPLACEMENT OF UNSERVICEABLE LED STREET LIGHTS AT SMQ AREA INTO CONVENTIONAL LED LIGHTS ALONGWITH CONNECTED INFRASTRUCTURE AT AF STN DIGARU.

Suppy & Fixing XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 10Sqmm x 2Core complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil (soft/loose soil) not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for laying LT under ground cables/GI pipes in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl Item No 02 here-in-above but exeeding 1.5 meter in depth.

Returning, filling in, including spreading watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm in layers, complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L sand coushioning to UG cables (8cm deep before laying of cables and 15 cm over the cable) including spreading, levelling, well ramming in layers. NOTE :- Punned thickness of 18cm shall only be measured & paid under this item.

Supply and fix sub class 'B' bricks of standard size for cable protection in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing GI tubing light grade 40 mm dia for protection of UG cables to be passed beneath the roads/ floors complete all as specified and directed.

Boring/Drilling (horizontally) manually under 2m deep in soil below existing road suitable for passing GI tubing of 40 to 80 mm bore complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Providing PCC 1:4:8, type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in base foundation of the pole of size 0.90m x 0.60mm x 0.15m complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for cement concrete type B2(1:2:4) (using 40mm graded stone aggrgate) for pole foundation and copping including provision of necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down the old unserviceable Solar Street Light Panels, LED Lights, Steel Poles, batteries & other connected accessories, depositing the same to the nearest MES store yard complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing new Steel Tubular Poles complete with and including cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts , nuts & screws, type 410 SP-31 (9.00 metres long), also including painting to the external exposed surfaces with 2 coats of aluminium paint over 1 coat of red oxide primer and with 2 coats of black bituminous paint over 1 coat of red oxide primer to the external exposed surfaces of steel poles embedded in the ground / concrete after preparation of the surfaces, numbering to the poles. Note:- The old unserviceable Excavation/earth work, concrete for foundation and coping shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item.

M&L PVC Insulated Weather proof multicore FRLS PVC sheathed multistranded cables with bright annealed copper conductor of size 1.5 sqmm 3 core for connection of light to pole box completed all as specified and directed.

S&F street light junction box made from CPRI approved factory having size 200 (Width) x 150 (Depth) x 250 (Height) mm (minimum dimensions) made out of 2.00 mm thick CRCA sheet, duly powder coated of approved shade over a coat of red oxide primer both internally and externally, with rain shed all side except back side, comprising of 02 nos copper bus-bar of size 20 x 4 mm mounted on suitable size spacer insulators, necessary cable entry / exit holes for upto 35 sqmm cables, nut-bolts, MS clamps of suitable size for fixing complete all as specified & directed.

S&F 6 KW single phase, automatic street light control panel with and including digital timer switch for automatic switching on / off street light as per set time through programmable 24 hour switch, 32A, TP power contactor, 40A SPN MCB, wall / floor mountable, IP 54 (dust and vermin proof) enclosure made out of CRCA sheet duly powder coated, conforming to IS/IEC 60954-4-1, in-built- short circuit protection, locking arrangement with padlock and panel lock complete all as specified and directed.
