Excavation work by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains in earth work in all heights and depth in all kinds of soils, including saturated soil comprising of pick work, jumper work, and blasting work both in soft and hard rock with chiselling and wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soils including, dewatering wherever required, setting out to required lines, levels as shown on the drawing and as directed by the Engineer -in-Charge at site and sorting out useful and un- useful material and transportation of the un -useful material for disposing at approved dumping site or otherwise and including payment of prescribed charges of dumping to the owner of dumping site (to be arranged by the contractor) for the satisfaction of Engineer- in -Charge through all modes of transportation including head load, animal load or mechanical means along with its leveling fine dressing and with all kinds of labour, machineries, tools equipments and safety measures and other incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and labour (if required) including disposal of all surplus excavated earth at approved dumping site including all leads and lifts.

Excavation in earth work in drain and chanels in all heights and depths in all kinds of soil, including saturated soil comprising of pick work,jumper work and blasting work both in soft and hard rock with chiesling and wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohabited) and their intermediate classification of soil including dewatering whereever required,settling out to required lines,levels as shown on the drawing and directed by the Engineer in charge at site according to the HP.PWD specification of 1990 (one thousand nine hundred ninety) volume-I (one) and sorting out useful and unuseful material and transportation of the unuseful material for disposing at dumping site (to be arranged by the contractor) including payment of prescribed dumping charges of M.C. if levilled any to the satisfaction of the Engineer in charge through all modes of transporation including head load animal load or mechanical means alongwith its levelling, fine dressing and with all kinds of labour, mechineries, tools, equipment and safety measures and incidental necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and labour (if required). All useful material such as stones, shingles aggregate and slates shall be properly stacked at site to the maximum possible extent in all leads and lifts through all modes of transporation and used/removed as per the satisfaction of the Engineer in charge. any loss to the public and private properity during the course of execution and disposal of servicable and unservicable materials shall be the absolute responsiblity of the contractor and shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respects including all incidential charges and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, up to all leads and Lfts involved.

Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete. within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm.thick welded with angle iron in frame 30mm x 30mm x 5mm. so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuutering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling upto all floor levels. and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete & plain concrete work including of carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. :(i) Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete

Providing & applying a coat of residual petroleum bitumen of grade of VG-10 of approved quality using 1.7kg per square metre on damp proof course after cleaning the surface with brushes and finally with apiece of cloth lightly soaked in kerosene oil including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.

Stone Soling properly hand packed i/c Supplying, filling, spreading & leveling stone boulders of size range 5 cm to 20 cm, in foundation & plinth, flooring recharge pit, in the required thickness, including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts& as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Brick work using common burnt clay F.P.S. Providing and fixing anodised aluminium grill (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868 with minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) of approved design/pattern, with approved standard section and fixed to the existing window frame with C.P. brass/stainless steel screws @ 200 mm centre to centre, including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved anodised aluminium standard section around the opening, all complete as per requirement and direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Only weight of grill to be measured for payment) as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Providing 40x5 mm flat iron hold fast 40 cm long including fixing to frame with 10 mm diameter bolts, nuts and wooden plugs and embedding in cement concrete block 30x10x15cm 1:3:6 mix (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts & as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

20 mm Plain wooden planking, tongued and grooved in Skirting including fixing with iron screws complete with :1st class teak wood including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts & as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing in wall lining medium density fibre board IS: 14587:1998 marked, Pre-laminated one side decorative lamination and other side balancing lamination, with necessary fixing arrangement and screws etc. complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts & as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing in position factory made EPS cement sandwich wall/roof/floor light weight solid core panels made of core material of EPS granule balls/beads (conforming to IS 4671:1984 and shall have density not less than 15kg per cum) adhesive, cement, sand, flyash and other bonding material in mortar state processed to form in a preset mould. The outer face on both sides of the panels will be non asbestos fiber cement board confirming to IS 14862:2000 or Calcium silicate board confirming to EN 14306:2009 of 5mm thick each. Panel shall be laid on 6mm thick cement mortar (1 cement: 2 fine sand) mixed with chemical adhesive of 0.5kg per 50kg of cement or shall be preferably fixed into ‘C’ channel made of 1.2mm thick MS plate screwed/fastenened to the slab/column/ beam etc. The panel shall fixed vertically with tongue and groove joint and horizontally locked with steel bar between each other and floors and filled with cement mortar and adhesive. Panels should be used as floor & roofing with additional structural support, steel or RCC depending upon the design. All the operation shall be completed in all respect as per drawings, Manufacturers specifications and under the overall direction of Engineer-in-Charge (Cost of all the material is included except “C channel” which will be paid seperately).
