Stablized Sub-base (FDR Technology) Providing, laying, spreading and compacling of existing granular malerial adding cament using truck mounted / self propelled cement spreader shall have variable working width with microprocessor, controlled spray rale through augers and cellular wheels. The aggregale shall be in silu pulverized/stabilize using four wheeled drive recycler having working depth up to 50 cm with variable depth control system. Compacting with vibratory roller, Pneumatic roller and vibralory Pad Foot pad roller (20 tonne) to achieve design unconfined compressive strength. As per directions of Engineer in charge. Providing and laying bituminous concrete with higher capacity batch type 120 TPH hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.40 percent VG-30 of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction.
