SCHEDULE "A" PART - VI MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS NOTE: Schedule ‘A’ Part - VI is not prepriced by MES and prepriced rate indicated as 0.00 under Col.5 signifies this fact only. Bidder shall insert their rates in Green colour filled under Col-7.

Ponit wiring with 1.5 sqmm FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed copper conductor multistranded 1100 volts grade, ISI marking drawn thorugh and inculding non metallic PVC rigid concealed conduit and conduit accessories, medium grade, ISI marking, concaled including provn of pre fabricated galvanised module box of 2 mm thick of suitable size as required at site for fixing switches, sockets, inculding one run of 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed copper cable for earth continuity, connected to earth duly complete all as specified and directed for the following:

(a) One light point controlled by one switch

(b) One fan (Ceiling/Wall/Exhaust fan) point controlled by one switch

(c) One 3 Pin socket outlet 5 amps socket on same board

(d) One light point controlled by two way switch with cables

All as per Item No. 8 here-in-before but One 3 pin socket outlet 15 amps socket on independent board with 1.5 sqmm FRLS PVC wire and one run of 1.5 sqmm copper cable for earth continuty.

M & L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel plate electrode, 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtrs deep below nominal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than not less than 1.5 metres below nominal ground level connected to earthing lead of 4 mm dia galvanised iron or steel wire all as shown in plate No. 3 of SSR PART 1 of 2009 to the earthing test point all as specified and as directed. Note :- the cost of excavation and earth work PCC pit and RCC cover funnel & watering pipe, wiremesh, charcoal dust and common salt earth lead protection pipe upto 7.5 Rmt shall be deemed included in the unit rate for earthing all as specified and as directed.

Supply Fix LED Bulb 9 W all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for applying 2.5mm thick retro reflective thermoplastic road marking painting of specified shade/ colour etc., either continuous or broken lines, to the required width and length over the existing painted surface/ new bituminous surface with solvent based thermoplastic road marking paint (Retro reflective paint) Brand: Road King or equivalent brand approved by MORTH, IRTC and AAI including supply of paint material at the rate of 5 Kg per Sqm and glass beads at the rate of 0.35 Kg per Sqm (Reflective Index 1.5), applied using semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe heater, glass bead dispenser and propane tank heater, driven by experienced operator on road including all materials, labour, T&P and including cleaning the road surface of dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign materials etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Thermoplastic Retro reflective paint shall be applied as per manufacturers instructions along with MOST specifications and speciality.
