Fly Ash Brick Masonary of size (25 x 12 x 8)mm in CM(1:6) in S/S including cost of all material, labour, conveyance, royality, loading and unloading, sundries, tools and plants etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer in Charge.

Wall painting two coats with Weather paint over one coat primer after scrapping cleaning the old wall surface including cost of brushes including all costs of labour etc. complete as per direction of E.I.C.

Wall Painting two coats with approved Plastic Emulsion Paint over a coat of Water Bound Wall cement Primer on wall Surface with wall putty two coat including scrapping cleaning the old wall surface including cost of paint rubbing, scaffolding including all costs of labour etc. complete as per direction of as per the direction of Engineer charges.

Dismantling & removing 2.5 cm thick grading concrete from roof slab cleaning the surface lowering & removing debris with in 50. m Lead. including all costs of labour etc. complete as per direction of E.I.C.

20 mm thick Cement Plaster(1:4) including watering curing with cost conveyance & royalty of all materials & cost of all labour T&P required for the work etc complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer in charges.

Second Floor

Providing Sika water proofing treatment of 3 mm thick glass fiber reinforcement APP membrame (sika WP shield 102 F )over one coat of sika wp shield APP primer including heating charges with cost of gas and hire charges of heating torch etcIncluding cost and conveyance of all materials labours T & P etc required for the work as per direction of engineer in charge.

Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches in all kinds of soil including moorum, stoney earth and earth mixed with boulders except sheet rocks and boulders requiring blasting including dressing the leveling the bed up to the required level and depositing the excavated earth away from the site with all leads & lifts including shuttering etc complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Supplying filling in foundation and plinth with clean coarse river sand including watering and ramming with cost & conveyance of all materials, labours, & T & P all taxes royalty etc complete in all respect as per direction of engineer in charge.

Fly Ash Brick Masonary of size (25 x 12 x 8)Cm in CM(1:6) in F & p including cost of all material, labour, conveyance, royality, loading and unloading, sundries, tools and plants etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer in Charge.

PCC (1:4:8)in foundation bed concrete using 40 mm & below size b.h.c.b granite stone metal of approved quality from approved quarry including lowering laying concrete watering ramming &curing etc compacting to required level laid in layers not exceeding 4’’ thick including cost conveyance all royalty &cost of all material & labours T&P required for the works etc complete in all respects as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.

PCC (1:2:4)in foundation/floor bed concrete using 12 mm size b.h.c.b granite stone metal of approved quality from approved quarry including lowering laying concrete watering ramming &curing etc compacting to required level laid in layers not exceeding 4'' thick including cost conveyance all royalty &cost of all material & labours T&P required for the works etc complete in all respects as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying of 80mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block and approved make variety colour and size made by Block making machin with strong vibratory compaction of approved design and shape, laid in required colour and pattern over etc. all complete including cost, conveyance, royality, taxes of all materials, labour, T&P etc. complete as per direction of Engineer in charge .

Carrige the debrises by mechanical means within 5 km lead including loading and unloading hire & running charges labour etc all complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Clearing & Grubbing the land including uprooting rank vegetation grass bushes shrubs etc completeas per directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying of two coat of Sika Top Seal-107 water proofing coating compound @ 3Kg/Sqm over terrace/Balconies/Basement on a cleaned dry and properly pre-watted saturated surface including cost, conveyance of all materials, sundries, T & P all labour etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying Fitting Fixing of 110 mm rain water down pipe including all costs of labour etc. complete as per direction of E.I.C.

Dismantling of old damaged tarfelting from roof surface and stacking away debrises 50m away from the work site including cost and conveyance of all materials labours T &P etc required for the work as per direction of engineer in charge.

Dismentalling of Damaged K.B Brick masonary work and stacking derbies away 50 m from the work site Including cost and conveyance of all materials labours T & P etc required for the work as per direction of engineer in charge.
