Annual Maintenance Contract of Horticulture Work for CSIR Science Centre Lodhi Road and CSIR Complex Pusa at New Delhi Year 2025 2026

Complete annual maintenance of the entire CSIR Science Centre, Lodhi Roard, garden features of the garden area (as detailed below) i.e. lawn, trees, rosary, shrubs, hedge, flower beds, creepers etc. and other garden features including pruning, watering, hoeing, making of plants basin, manuring, trimming, cleaning of hedges/plants/ beds, spraying of insecticides, fungicides, weeding, mowing, top dressing of lawn with good earth and manure, hedge clipping and removal of the garden waste as per direction and satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge (excluding the cost of good earth, manure, sludge, yamuna sand and fertilizer) to maintain the plants, hedge and lawns in good and healthy conditions at all the time during the maintenance period) including cost of all T & P (lawn mover, hedge cutter, etc) required for proper maintenance. Lawn & Gardens of CSIR Science Centre, Lodhi Road. (Regularly one mali will be present during the whole contract period except Sunday & National Holiday for carrying out the item no.1.02 of above mentioned work, if required more mali may be deployed as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge in addition to one regular mali ). Note-1:-Regularly one mali will be present during the whole contract period except Sunday & National Holiday for carrying out the item no.2 (2.01 to 2.03) & 3(3.01 to 3.02) of above mentioned work (This mali will be deployed Three days at CSIR Science Centre & Three days at CSIR Complex to maintain the potted plants). Note-2:- In addition to Note 1 above, all the earthen pots & cement pots mentioned under Item No. 2 (2.01 to 2.03) & 3(3.01 to 3.02 will be painted with terracoata snowcem ( to be provided by contractor), quarterly or as per direction of Engineer in Charge.
