The bidder firm should be in existence in core computer hardware sales and services business for the last two years.

The bidder should submit documents related to similar supply made to Government institution during the last three financial years. The value of the supply of preview tender should be greater than the present tender value

The vender shall clearly upload the model of the quoted item in their technical bid and Technical specifications of the quoted item must match with the technical specification given in tender document.

The bidder must submit an undertaking on Rs.200 stamp paper that they have not been black listed by any state government / central government / PSU department.

The bidder must submit their PAN card.

The bidder should be a registered dealer under the GST Act, 2017 and proof of the same should be submitted along with the tender document

The average annual turnover of such bidder shall not be less than Rs.75.00(Seventy Five) lakhs for the last 3 completed years. Audited annual accounts for the respective financial years should be furnished.
