Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m deep for foundation etc. for shafts n.exc 10 Sqm in plan and n.exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for hardcore of broken bricks of gauge n.exc 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n.exc 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in soft / loose soil, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for removing excavated material (soil) n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for brickwork with old size sub-class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (40 mm graded aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass-concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of flooring complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete type B-1, 1:1.5:3 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Forming 12 mm thick expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30 mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, grade 'A' for 150 mm thick concrete slab complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 and finish smooth & even without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying three coats of white washing complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161-1979 grade St. -240 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F for pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enemel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L brick work with fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per Sl Item No. 2 here-in-before but except bricks complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster or any description from brick wall surfaces etc. including racking out joints and hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 on other than fair faces of brick / concrete surfaces finished and smooth without using extra cement and using water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement content complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : WPC will measured and paid separately under relevant item of schedule.

Removal of complete existing treatment of any description on roof surfaces of any description and roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, foreign items complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded aggregate) as in roof kerbs or mud stop rounded complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

1st Layer : Grading with cement concrete - M&L for 25 mm thick average PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (12.5 mm graded aggregate) for grading in roof all as per Para 11.42.2 of SSR Part-I 2009 and complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note : To be applied by authorised applicator)

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces on roof surfaces of concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 without using extra cement and WPC complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note : WPC will be measured and paid separately.)

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

2nd Layer : Application of Primer - Primer the surface with a mixture of Shali Urethane (R) BTD and potable water in the ratio of 1:1 i.e. (200 gm BTD & 200 ml water) and apply @ 400 gm/sqm of the mixture and allow to touch dry shall be applied on the prepared surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make - STP Limited or equivalent. (Note : To be applied by authorised applicator)

3rd Layer : M&L for first coat of Shali Urethane (R) BTD @ 1Kg/Sqm by roller / airless spray while the primed surface is takly and spread fiber glass net of 45 gsm with overlaps of 50 mm in both directions when the surface is still tackly, second coat of Shali Urethane (R) BTD @ 1 Kg/Sqm by roller/airless spray for final complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make - STP Limited or equivalent. (Note : To be applied by authorised applicator)

Taking up or down steel tubing of 20 mm dia and removal to store complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F GI tubing 20 mm bore medium grade with all fittings and fixed complete to wall and ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Disconnecting existing tanks exc 500 and n.exc 1000 Ltr capacity setting aside for repair / cleaning etc. and re-fixing in position including pipe line complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair 15 mm bore stop valve cast copper alloy screwed down, high pressure, with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of wall or ceilling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation etc.) or insulation boards / slabs / blankets, of any thickness including cover fillets complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

GI frame work for seamless ceilling comprising of GI perimeter channel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre / intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with GI cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceilling section (n.exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L providing and fixing Non-asbestos fibre cement building boards 8 mm thick fixed or laid / inserted to timber / GI / Aluminium framework with screws complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F hangers 6 mm dia GI (upto 1200 mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of GI flat 40 x 3 mm size 60 mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5 mm dia, 40 mm long complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Surface excavation n.exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in soft and loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Moorum filling in foundation laid in layers n.exc 15 cm thick, spread levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete type E-2, 1:5:10 (40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass-concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 (40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of flooring complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigments complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Providing cement concrete in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges type B-0 (1:2:4) 12.5 mm down aggregate complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
