Miscellaneous civil works for Installation of Billing Consolidation Hardware at Nodal Centre Manimajra

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing:

(a) 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Half brick masonry with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level.

a) Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) (Note: Bricks shall be provided free of cost by the department)

Extra for providing and placing in position 2 Nos 6mm dia. M.S. bars at every third course of half brick masonry.ird course of half brick masonry.

12 mm cement plaster of mix :

a) 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand)

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix :

a) 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand)

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade.

a) New work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour.

a) One coat.

Re-fixing removable raised/false access flooring with system and its components of approved make for different plenum height with possible height adjustment upto 50 mm, comprising of modular load bearing floor panels supported on G.I. rectangular stinger frame work and G.I. Pedestal etc. all complete, as per the architectural drawings, as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge consisting of:

(a) Fixing at required spacing to form modular framework, pedestals made out of GI tube of thickness minimum 2 mm and 25 mm outer diameter, fully welded on to the G.I. Base plate of size 100mm x 100mm x 3mm at the bottom of the pedestal tube, G.I. pedestal head of size 75mmx75mmx3.5 mm welded with GI fully threaded stud 16mm outer diameter with two GI Check nuts screwed on the stud for level adjustment upto 50mm, locking and stabilizing the pedestal head in position at the required level. The pedestals shall be fixed to the subfloor (base) through base plate using epoxy based adhesive of approved make or the machine screw with rawl plug.

(b) Stringers system in all steel construction hot dipped galvanized of rectangular size 570x20x30x0.80mm thick having holes at both ends for securing the stringers on to the pedestal head using fully threaded screws ensuring maximum lateral stability in all directions, the grid formed by the pedestal and stringer assembly shall receive the floor panel, this system shall provide adequate solid, rigid support for access floor panel, the system shall provide a minimum clear uninterrupted clearance between the bottom of the floor for electrical conduits and wiring etc. all complete as per the architectural drawings, as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

(a) Fixing Access Floor panel of 800x600x32 mm medium grade .

The panel is to withstand a Concentrated Load of 363 kgs applied on area 25mm x 25mm without collapse in the centre of the panel which is placed on four steel blocks. (Note: Complete false access fooring material is to be supplies free of cost by the department)

a) 450 mm Finished Floor Height (FFH).

Making the opening in brick masonry including dismantling in floor or walls by cutting masonry and making good the damages to walls, flooring and jambs complete, to match existing surface i/c disposal of mulba/rubbish to the nearest municipal dumping ground, all complete as per directions of Engineer-In-Charge.

a) For door/ window/ clerestory window.

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge..

a) In cement mortar

Removing mortar from bricks and cleaning bricks including stacking within a lead of 50 m (stacks of cleaned bricks shall be measured):

a) From brick work in cement mortar

Disposal of building rubbish / malba unserviceable items including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Dismantling/ dismembering aluminium partitions, fixed glazing, particle board and false ceiling including doors/ windows and disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material with in 50 meters lead as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Refixing of dismembered aluminium partition, glass panes and particle board in the required new position,(including doors & windows) making into required shape & size as per site conditions including cost of rubber gasket,cleats, labour steel screws,etc. wherever required all complete, and as per the direction of Engineer-in Charge.

Dismantling of existing false access flooring and keeping the dismantled material within a distance of 50 metres. The operation includes taking out the floor panels, dismantling the channel sections, , pedestrals,jack, base plate, eathing wire etc all complete as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.( The dismantled material is unserviceable and unuseable and is required to be disposed off)

Re-fixing of available false ceiling, made of aluminium grid system consisting of T's and angles suspended with hangers from ceiling of the room by drilling holes . Placing of available cut to size particle board tiles in true level and line all complete as per the directions of the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing 6 mm dia. G.I. level adjusting hangers (upto 1200mm length), fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40x3mm size 60 mm long and stainless steel expandable dash fastener of 12.5 mm dia and 50 mm long, complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling and Refixing of aluminium door/windows in the required position includingTightening of cleats etc. replacing of pivot or aluminium butt/ friction hinges hinges or rubber gasket,cleats wherever required including steel screws etc. all complete, and as per the direction of Engineer-in Charge.

Provision of plastic sheet partition during the scope of work for prevention of dust in the server room bifurcating the server room and AC room where the work shall be commenced and removing after the completion of work, including the cost of plastic sheet, fixing and labour all complete and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Credit to work on a/c of materials received from repairs:

(a) Mineral Fibre Board(Damaged)/ Particle Board(Damaged)

(b) Aluminium scrap unserviceable

(c) Brick bats

d) GI/ MS scrap
