Repair Rewinding of 3 Phase Submersible Pump Set 60 HP and other accessories of Pump House at Namkum under GE Ranchi

(i) Taking out submersible pump set from UG sump with all connected accessories, disconnecting the existing pipe line connection from the Pump Set and remove the electrical connection at Pump House and transport to workshop for repair and after repair taken back for reinstall same and testing complete. - 01 Job (ii) M&L for complete rewinding of 60 HP submersible with suitable size super enamelled copper wire, F Class paper of size 1.5 mm dia No and original green sheet with sleeves, repair of stanking slots and chemical wash etc incl taking out old winding complete. - 01 Each Job (iii) Turning machine, grinding, stratening alongwith chroming the main shaft of pump set and alignment complete. - 01 Job (iv) Replacement Bush - 06 Nos (v) Replacement Neck ring - 06 Nos (vi) Replacement Diffuser - 05 Nos (vii) Replacement Sleve - 05 Nos (viii) Replacement Thrust bearing with plate - 02 Set (ix) Replacement spring with washer - 02 Set (x) Replacement Impeller bronze - 01 Nos (xi) Replacement Rubber Coupler as per old - 02 Set (xii) S&F star delta starter for submersible pump 60HP Rating 415V, 50 Hz, 3 Phase complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge. - 01 Each (xiii) S&F submersible cable 25 Sqmm, 3 Core copper cable - 120 RM (ivx) S&F HDPE pipe internal dia 50mm for submersible cable protection - 60 RM
