Drain out the old used engine oil from sump of DG set by loosing drain nut and air cleaner, removing the sump cover and cleaning the oil sump assembly and cover complete by using K’ oil and supply and refilling with Engine oil multi grade 20W 40 up to the level indicated in oil level indicator including replacement of oil sump gasket and unserviceable nuts and washers of suitable size complete and testing the DG set up to and entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge for deferent capacities of DG sets Make : Indian Oil/BP/Castrol or equivalent as approved by GE.

S&F in repair of water coolent in radiator of DG Set TVS Griling/Volvo line or equivalent make as approved by GE.

Dismantling and removing of water pump assembly from the engine and repairing/overhauling the same by renewal of worn components like bearing, impeller, bushes, oil seal, water seal, gasket etc reassembling, refixing and testing for any DG Set upto 100 KVA capacity.
