S&F 35mm thick factory made 2nd class hard wood (Sal/ Hollock) plain, framed, panelled shutters (two panels) with lock rail and panels of 9mm B.W.P. commercial ply or 12mm veneered particle board with commercial face veneers on both sides.The size of rail and style as per IS–1003 (Part-I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated, fitted to chowkats, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 35mm thick 2nd class hardwood factory made glazed and skelton shutters open rebated and prepare to receive glass, guage, etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain chamfered or rounded fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass/guage etc size of member etc; size members of shutters as specified in SSR part I Section-8 clauses 8.24(a); supplied and fitted to chowkhat, complete all as specified and directed.

Note: (i) WPC will be measured and paid separately (ii) Independent testing of membrane from approved lab for technical parameter shall be carried out by the contractor and test report shall be submitted to GE before claiming payment. (iii) Laying of APP membrane shall be carried out through company authorized applicator”.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY

Taking down old unserviceable LT under ground cable any type from trenches , pipes & poles complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for sand cushioning with a layer of sand 80mm thick before laying of cable and 150mm thick after laying of cable in trenches (total punned depth of sand shall be 18 cm after punning down) complete all as specified and directed. Note: punned thickness of sand shall be measured.

M&L for galvanised steel tube light grade of size 40mm dia bore with all fittings, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using necessary machine and inserting GI pipe of 40 mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
