(e) Multifunction meter to show Voltage / frequency & PF - set of three (f) Cost shall include for the nuts, bolts, washers etc., all as required for fixing in the existing PCC foundation.

Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth of not less than 2.25m deep below ground level with the top edge of earth plate at a depth of not less than 1.5m below ground level connected to GI earth strip 32mm x 6mm by means of bolts, nuts, washers of galvanised iron or steel, GI earth strip shall be protected by 40mm dia GI pipe 'medium grade', watering pipe 20mm dia GI pipe 'light grade', GI wire meshed funnel, alternate layer of charcoal and salt on all side to earth plate upto a thickness of 150mm, filling of black cotton soil in earth pit upto GL and connected to earth plate including necessary excavation & earthwork, PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 earth chamber, 40mm thick RCC cover (1:2:4) mix with 6mm dia nominal reinforcement @ 150mm c/c both ways etc complete all as shown in electrical plate No.3 connected to earthing test point, including testing on completion, complete all as speciifed and as directed. NOTE:- (a) Rate quoted shall deemed to include cost of excavation in any type of strata, RFR and removal upto 50metre, PCC pit, funnel and RCC cover plate. (b) Earth continuity conductor beyond 7.5metre and GI tubing medium grade 40mm dia shall be measured and paid under respective item of this Schedule.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY Construction of valve chamber of size 750 x 750 x 750mm internal dimensions suitable for housing gate valve etc including necessary excavation and earth, with 3.15 mm thick steel sheet duly welded and fixed on valve chamber as in cover including necessary locking arrangements and painting with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting the existing steel water tubing pipe line 50mm bore including fixing GI Tee 50 x 50 x 40mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

COOLING APPLIANCES Supply, installation, commissioning of Water cooler fully stainless steel, electric driven single phase having approx storage capacity of 40 Ltrs and nominal cooling capacity of 40 Ltrs per hour complete all as specified and directed.

Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type and designed for input variation between 170 V to 250 V with output voltage stabilized at 230 V with accuracy of ± 2.5% and of capacity 5 KVA, complete all as specified and directed.
