12mm cement plaster in sigle coat in single storey building finished even & smooth 1 cement : 4 coarse sand including all L/M, T&P etc including the Dismantling existing mortar/plaster and disposal of refuse as directed by the Engineer-in-charge with in a distance of 60 meter.

Scraping old white or colour wash including disposal of refuse as directed by Engineer-in-charge with in a distance of 60m.

Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

One priming coat and two coat oil bound distemper on New work including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc.required for proper completion of work.

Painting or varnishing on iron work in small areas or new wood work with one coat of ready mixed priming paint & two coat of approved superior quality ready mixed paint of clear synthetic varnish including supply of all materials ,labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of work .(Paint to be used should conform to the ISI no -103-1950.)

Cement Concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 Coarse Sand : 4 Graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc . Complete. 40mm thick with 20mm nominal size stone aggregate Dismantling cement concrete or brick or granolithic floors, including base concrete and including stacking of dismentled materials as directed by the Engineer -in-charge with in a distance of 60m.

Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS : 2202 (Part I) non decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched teak 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters. (a) 35 mm thick including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws

Providing and fixing 1mm thick M.S. sheet door with frame of 40x40x6 mm angle iron and 3 mm M.S. gusset plates at the junctions and corners, all necessary fittings complete, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer. Using M.S. angels 40x40x6 mm for diagonal braces
