Brick work in cement mortar 1:5 (one cement five sand) using country Bricks ground moulded of size 23x11x7 cm. for the following including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and Fabricating and placing in position MS steel or ribbed for steel for all reinforced cement concrete works as per the design given including cost of steel and bindingwire in all floors etc. complete complying with standard specification.

Providing centering & shuttering charges for pcc plain surface cost of country wood plank including all cost & conveyance and all labour charges etc

RCC 1:1.5:3 using 20mm ISS HBG metal for all RCC item of works excluding cost of Reinforcement and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including curing and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor or roof slabs wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of walls sides and bottom of the slabs, beams, etc., shall be finished smooth with Cement Mortar 1:3, 12mm thick and with kraft paper without claiming extra as directed by the departmental officers complete complying with standard specification.

Paving the Floor with scratch proof ceromic tiles of size 305x305x6mm including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete

Dadooing of walls with colour glazed tiles of size 300x200x6 mm of best quality including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete.

Weathering course concrete using 20mm broken brick jelly in pure slacked lime

Finishing the top of the roof with one course of Machine Pressed Tiles of size 20cm x 2cm of approved quality laid in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and three sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to ISS by 2% weight of cement used and the joint pointed neatly to full depth of tiles with the same water proofing compound mixed with cement mortar, red oxide, etc. complete complying with standard specification.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 (One cement and five sand) 12mm. thick over the Cement Concrete for floor finish including curing etc. complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and applying of two coats of putty of 3mm thick over the exposed RCC surface of ceiling including finishing the joints smoothy with grinding machine and the surface shall be thoroughly cleaned out of dust and scrubbing. The Surface shall then be allowed to dry for atleast 48 hours. It shall then be sand papered (waterproof abrasive sheet) to give a smooth and even surface. Any unevenness shall be made good by applying 1st coat of putty mixed with water on the entire surface including filling up the undulations and applying 2nd coat of putty after 6 hours of 1st coat of putty and then sand papering (waterproof abrasive sheet) the same after it is dry and finishing the surface smoothly, etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the Departmental Officers. [ The rates are inclusive of hire charges for grinding machine with wheel, cost of sand paper (waterproof abrasive sheet), cost of putty blade, labour charges for grinding the joints and sand papering, two coat of putty, scrapping the putty area to level the surface smooth, etc., complete]. The Putty shoule be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on work.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three sand) 10mm. thick over the Cement Concrete for floor finish including curing etc. complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

White washing with best shell lime in two cost including all other charges etc., complete.

Distempering two coats with oil bound distemper the rate including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges for painting etc complete, etc.

Exterior Emulsion painting two coats with best approved quality and colour paint over one coat of Base coat including cost and convyance of all materials to work site and labour charges etc., complete.

Painting two coat of new iron works such as steel doors, Windows, Ventilatorsm, Window bars, Balustrades etc., with best approved best quality of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour over the existing priming coat, etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.
