Charges for Dismantling of HP Turbine Control Valve's Hydraulic Servomotor from its position by Removal of control oil piping from Servomotor, Decoupling of servomotor from control valve and removal of servomotor from its position and cover the opening with appropriate sheet metal or gasket

Charges for Dismantling of HP Turbine Control Valve Servomotor internals by lifting the servomotor to TG floor and Loosening of nuts of servo motor cover and removal all internals in proper sequence.

Charges for Overhauling of HP Turbine Control Valve Servomotor by Cleaning, Measuring for necessary clearances and inspection of all internals and releasing of worn-out internals

Charges for Re-assembling of HP Turbine Control Valve Servomotor internals as per drawing by releasing the existing worn-out spares and replaced by new available spares

Charges for Dismantling of HP Turbine Control Valve internals from valve body by loosening of threaded ring / lock nut by using supplied special fixtures, removing the lock nut from the valve body and valve internals

Charges for Lapping and Blue Matching of HP Turbine Control Valve stem with valve seat by Cleaning of valve body internal surface, valve stem, applying blue paste on valve steam, Checking blue contact, Lapping the valve seat and blue matching repeatedly till achieving blue contact between valve seat & stem.

Charges for Assembling of HP Turbine Control Valve internals and HP Turbine Control Valve servomotor in proper sequence with valve body and Coupling by replacing the new gland rings in valve, positioning the valve and tightening the bolts and coupling the valve with servomotor

Charges for Charging oil system and Checking HP Turbine Control Valve operation as per the reference values

Charges for Inspection of 28 Nos of Deck Spring by Conducting Dye Penetrant Test. on deck springs to identify the cracks by using Magnaflux make DPT kit including the cost of special consumables (Penetrant, Developer and cleaner).

Charges for Heating of HPCV's Bonnets during Control valves Disassembly and Reassembly. This Works involves: Wrapping the heating coil around the Capnuts/ Bonnets, Wrapping the Insulation over the heating coil, Heating the area to a specified temperature (400 degree celcius) by adjusting the Thermostat, Switching OFF the supply after attaining the specified temperature, Wrapping down the Insulation from the heating coil, Wrapping down the heating coil from Cap nuts/ Bonnets.
