9.Supply and erecting centering for sides and soffits including supports and strutting upto 3.29m high for plane surfaces such as RCC slabs, Rectangular beems, Tee (or) ECC Beam, Lintel, Bed Block, Staircase waist and landing slabs landing beams, canopy etc., in all floor with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90cm X 60cm and BG 10 stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm X 25 X 3mm for boarding laid over country wood joinsts of size 10cm X 6.50 cm spaced at about 90cm C/C and supports by Causrina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm C/C etc., completed as directed. Reinforced Cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (one cement, one and a half sand and three aggregate) using 20mm hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of work excluding centering, shuttering, and cost of reinforcement grill but including curing finishing, vibrator charges etc., complete and also including fixing fan clamps and fixtures in RCC works wherever necessary as directed by departmental officer etc., complete.

Refilling with with excavated earth well rammed watered and consolidated as per standard specification

Providing and laying water proofing treatment to the water retaining structures fully bonded 1.6mm Thick SBS modified self-adhesive, cross laminated HDPE lining waterproofing membrane, conforming to IS 16471:2017 Type A, requirements of UG waterproofing structures, The SBS membrane shall have Mass per Unit Area > 1.8 Kg/m2 as per ASTM D 5147, Puncture resistance > 200 N as per ASTM E 154, Elongation > 180% as per ASTM D 412-06, Tensile Strength > 4 Mpa as per ASTM D 412- 06, Tear resistance > 20 N/mm as per ASTM D 4073, Hydrostatic pressure > 50M as per DIN 1048. The lap with HDPE membrane shall be 100mm treated with TS tape. followed by the installation of 8-10mm THK polyethylene dimpled drain board having compressive strength > 400kN/m2 (as per ISO 25619-2). The finished cost includes surface preparation, making coving and a coat of solvent based bituminous primer @ 0.25l/m2 on entire surface before laying membrane completely as per specification

Supply and delivery of Open well Submersible pump set conforming to IS 14220 /2002 and as amended thereafter and BEE 3 Star Rated capable of discharging the following duties due to all causes. The pump shall be with stainless steel shaft and dynamically balanced bronze mixed type impeller, CI FG 200 grade casing and brass screws and rotor shall be of copper rod as per IS 613/1984 with ISI mark. The pump suitable for installation in sump with 1.1KV grade 3 core suitable copper flat submersible cable to a length of 15m with necessary cable joints. The non return valve located at the top of the pump in the discharge outlet connection is to be designed with minimum friction. The pump should be directly coupled to 2880 RPM, three phase, 50 Hz (±5), 415V+6% & 415V-15% squirrel cage induction motor suitable for DOL upto 5 HP, Fully Automatic Air break Star Delta up to 20 HP and Auto Transformer starter for above 20 HP starting and for continuous operation

Labour charges for the erection of submersible pumpset in borewell/openwell including fixing and jointing submersible cable with proper clamps upto the starter to required depth and also fixing of riser pipes to the required depth valves erection clamps, pressure gauges upto the exterior wall of pump room and erection of panel board consisting of TPICN switches starter, Voltmeter, Ammeter, three pilot (indicating) lamps capacitor single phasing preventor, water level guard and laying and jointing the cables and twin earthing as per IE rules etc., complete and testing the pumpset and trail run for 10 days.

Drilling of Borewell 165mm dia vertical bores depth as directed by the departmental officers including labour charges for inserting casing pipe assembling in the drilling holes including welding, jointing , grouting, the casing pipe etc,. Including transportation etc for borewells.
