Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of Air Cooled VRV/VRF units with scroll Compressor capable of modulating capacity i.e. it should be able to vary speed of the compressor as per the varying load conditions and works on R410A with heating & cooling both. The outdoor unit shall be a factory assembled unit housed in a sturdy weather proof casing constructed from rust-proofed mild steel panels coated with powder coated finish.The outdoor unit shall have scroll compressors and be able to operate even in case of breakdown of one of compressor. Each unit shall be equipped, with an oil separator to ensure stable operation with long refrigerant piping etc. Condensor Shall have with Hydrophlic Coating and Corrision Resistance Black Coating Ocean Black Fin.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of factory fabricated DX type Air Handling Unit consists of fan unit & condensing unit including of insulated refrigerant piping, starter panel, Power cabling, MS Channel Frame, vibration isolators etc. This unit shall be installed with vibration isolators for vibration free operation. Supplying, and Installation of Interconnecting Refrigerant Piping of various sizes as required for the full functionality of the VRV/ VRF system etc. complete in all respects duly insulated with closed cell nitrile rubber as per specifications of the manufacturer. the contractor shall submit a detailed drawing approved by the manufacturer showing the piping sizes & layout to be followed at the site with the tender document. the contractor shall also get the drawings showing outdoor units in connection with indoor units approved from the consultant in original from and then the head office of the manufacturer with a certificate stating that the piping layout is as per company specifications for full functioning of the VRV/VRF system.

Thermal Insulation:

Supply, Installing, testing and commissioning of duct thermal insulation, Nitrile rubber insulation with aluminium foil faced, class 'O' on ducts complete as per technical specifications with all the necessary mounting accessories as required for complete installation.

Volume Control Damper:

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of GI volume control duct damper complete with neoprene rubber gaskets, nuts, bolts, screws linkages, flanges etc, as per specifications.The thickness of damper frame shall be 16 Gauge and damper blade shall be 18 Gauge

Flexible Connection:

Supplying, fabricating, installing and testing of 150mm long silicon based flexible connection constructed of fire resistant material. The silicon shall have backing of glass fibre. Quantity is mentioned considering perimeter length.

Air Grilles:

Supplying, installing, testing and balancing of powder coated extruded aluminium grilles of various sizes. Each grill shall be with fixed horizontal front bar, air distribution grid for straightening the air flow through the collar and register complete as per specification & drawings.

Providing and laying of one No. aluminium conductor, PVC insulated and PVC sheathed, armoured/XLPE power cable, working voltage 1100 volts grade direct in ground; to be laid 1 meter below the ground level including excavation and refilling the trench etc.as required, but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering:-
