Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side of building/structure, including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as per requirement of site, made with 40mm dia M.S. tube, placed 1.5 metre centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joint with cup & lock system with M.S. Tubes, M.S. tube challis, M.S. clamps and staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for execution of work of cleaning and/ or pointing and/ or applying chemical and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connecting with the building etc, wherever required, if feasible, for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc., complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge. Note:- (1) The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. (2) The payment will be made once only for execution of all items for such works.

Chipping of all loose and Spalling of concrete to bottom of slab, beams etc.(wherever required), cleaning of reinforcement, carrying out thorough sand blasting, application of anti-corrosive zinc rich epoxy primer to exposed reinforcement including cost of material, labour, equipment, tools, scaffolding etc. complete.

Providing weld mesh as per detailed specification in form of 50850812 SWG weld mesh to columns and beams and slab and anchoring it to the element with binding wire of GI plumbers, nails etc. complete

Providing and fixing chicken mesh made out of 22/24 gauge wire with openings of 25*25mm or less as approved over junctions of RCC brickwork or any other similar material, nailing the chicken mesh with wire nails at 200-250mm c/c prior to plastering etc. complete.

Making up lost section of concrete/ mortar with thixotropic repair mortar is one component thixotropic dual shrinkage compensated fibre r/f formulation for structural members build up section by hand packing as per manufacturers specification applied by mean of hand gloves / by expert applicator. The rehabilitees surface should be free from air gaps, avoids sld be in line with existing required line. Line with existing surface includes curing, cleaning complete area etc complete. Work should be carried out with all safety measures like helmets, safety belts and adequate labour insurance under qulified supervisor etc complete. .Material should be used as per following specification- a) Compressive strength should be ~65MPa for 7 days and ~85MPa for 28 days according to EN12190 and C70 according to EN 13892-2. b) Modulus Elasticity in compression should be >20GPa according to EN 13412. c) Tensile Strength in Flexure should be ~8,5MPa for 7 days and ~11MPa for 28 days according to EN 12190 and F10 according to EN 13892-2. d) Tensile Adhesion Strength should be >2,0MPa according to EN 1542. e) Shrinkage should be ~500m at +20c 65% relative humidity after 28 days according to EN 12617-4. f) Abrasion Resistance should be <6cm3/50cm2 according to EN 13893 and wear resistance should be A6 according to EN13892-3. g) Thermal Compatibility should be >2,0 MPa according to EN 12687-1. h) Capillary absorption should be <0,5 kg.m.h according to EN 13057. i) Water Penetration under Pressure should be 5 mm according to EN 12390-8. h) Carbonation Resistance should be dk< control concrete MC (0,45) according EN 13295

Providing Repairing of honeycombs and minor damages with Polymer Modified Morter including material,labour complete in all respect.

Providing sand faced plaster externally in cement mortar using approved screened sand, in all positions including base coat of 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 using waterproofing compound at 1Kilogramper cement bag curing the same for not less than 2 days and keeping the surface of the base coat rough to receive the sand faced treatment 6 to 8 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 finishing the surface by taking out grains and curing for fourteen days scaffolding etc.complete.

Providing and applying tactile quality acrylic/synthetic, semi viscous paste/plaster containing quartz aggregate acrylic polymer minerals specially formulated to withstand varying climate condition and provide a long lasting elegant look to the surface having very high aesthetic as well as protection value. Highly durable and maintenance free nontoxic and non-flammable 2 mm thick coating having PH value 8-9, specific gravity 1.7 kg/lit and hardness 4H.(Rates excluding GST)

Corrosion protection of unexposed old reinforcement on non-spalled concrete by Insertion of sustained release Corrosion inhibiting caplets like Powrthrow which protect both anodic & cathodic sites and reduces Corrosion potential Ecorr by minimum 80 mV in conductive medium, by drilling 20-22 mm dia holes into the concrete at a depth of 30-40 mm and inserts to be filled by epoxy sealant EPCO-1010. Caplets shall inhibit corrosion inhibition efficiency of 98% (when added 0.03 % by weight) against control sample evaluated by Tafel polarization method. Depth of penetration for effective corrosion protection shall be 120mm & film formation of 20 Microns as evaluated by CSIR-CECRI Karaikudi.Spacing of Powrthrow shall be- a) For RCC Columns- 1 Units in a single drilled hole at a spacing of 1m c/c from two opposite faces in staggered fashion b) For RCC Beams- 1 Units in a single drilled hole at a spacing of 1m c/c from two opposite faces in staggered fashion C) RCC Slab- 4 Units in a single drilled hole in 1 sqm area in a grid pattern
