M&L Virified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors laid over & incl 20 mm thick screed in CM 1:4, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of floor complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No. 150 but as in skirting/dado but over 10 mm thick rendering over CM 1:4

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors/dado etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar.

M&L for Granite 18-20 mm thick (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite.

M&L for 18-20 mm thick machine cut kota stone slab as in flooring/steps laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement and sand mortar 1:4 complete all as specified.

M&L 18-20 mm thick machine cut kota stone slab on vertical surface and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing over and including 10 mm thick cement plaster in cement and sand mortar 1:4 complete all as specified.

M&L for Jodhpur stone slabs, self faced 10 cm thick, 25 to 35 cm wide, hoisted and set, jointed and grouted in cement mortar 1:3 as directed and specified by engineer in charge

Dismantling of Roof tiles of any description or thickness in floor, apron etc laid, bedded and pointed in cement mortar complete all as specified.

Demolition of lime concrete of any description over roof slab complete.

M&L for 10mm thick Rendering in cement mortar 1: 4 on concrete surfaces, finished Fair & even including mixing water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instruction. (Note :- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately)

Preparing surface and cleaning of concrete slab by wire brushing and applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.20 Kg per sq m including cleaning surfaces complete all as specified.

S&F 150 micron polyethylene sheet supplied and fixed complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L Lime concrete terracing as in roof complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.NOTE:- For lime concrete, mudia kankar (source : NAL) and Kolayat coarse sand in lieu of brick aggregates and Surkhi respectively as specified in MES schedule Part-I shall be used.

M&L for 40 mm thick brick tiles bedded on 10mm thick CM 1:6 and joints grouted flush in cement and sand mortar (1:3) mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement complete all as specified.

M&L for Brickwork with fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:6.

M & L for treatment of soil under existing floors using emulsion @ one litre per hole, 300mm apart including drilling and plugging 12mm dia holes with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand) to match the existing floors.

M&L for ATT Along the external wall below concrete or masonry apron using chemical emulsion @ 2.25 litres per linear metre including drilling and plugging holes etc. in apron.

Taking down/out loose & damaged concrete/cement plaster from soffits of ceilings, floor/roof slabs, vertical surfaces of columns, beams etc., including exposing and removing rust fron the reinforcement by rubbing with wire brush and removal of debris to a distance n. exc. 100 mtr and depositing where directed

M&L for cleaning existing reinforcement bars with wire brush/rotary wire brush making the surface free from cement skin, loose particle, dirt etc and applying rust remover (Rustoff 100 of Sika/ '8832GM' pidilite or equivelent of Fosroc/ Dr Fixit) on the rebars and removing the loose rust particles after minimum 24 hours by wire brush, all as per manufacture's instructions, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F hard drawn steel wire fabric, weight not exc 4 Kg per sqm , cut to lengths, bent to shape required and tying with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm in dia, supplied and fixed in reinforcement , complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement based polymer modified anti corrosive rebar coating system ('Sika Top Armatec-108 " of Sika or equivalent of Dr. Fixit/ Fosroc) to existing reinforcement all as per manufacture 's instructions, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Mode of measurment shall be affected surface area of column, beam, slab etc.

M&L for one layer of 20 mm thick concrete (comprises composition 1:2:1 plain cement concrete i.e. One part of cement (43 Gde OPC), two part of fine aggregate and one part of 10 mm and down size trap stone aggregate) mixed with 'Sprayset SL' of Fosroc( Equivalent to Sika / Dr Fixit) 2 to 2.5% by weight of cement and 12.5 to 16.5 liter of water mixed as per manufacture's instuctions and guniting by pressure nozzle with a delivery capacity of 2.5 Kg per sqm over column , beam, roof , slab, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls of any description as specided by Engineer in charge

M&L for washed stone grit plaster on extrerior walls in two layers, under layer 12 mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3 Kg of cement per square meter, top layer 15 mm cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 cement :1/2 coarse sand : 2 stone chipping 10 mm nominal size) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing , the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge

M&L for forming groove of uniform size 15 mm wide and 15 mm deep in top layer of washed stone grit plaster as per approved pattern using wooden battens, nailed to the under layer including removal of wooden battens, repair to the edges of panels and finishing the groove complete as per specifications and direction of Engineer in charge

M&L preperation of new decorative concrete and applying two coat of weather proof exterior emulsion paint over a coat of exterior wall primer incl a layer of wall care putty of any tint all as specified and directed by Engineer -in- charge.

Demolition of existing RCC chajja of any size and description and S&F 25 mm to 30 mm sand stone slab in sunshades, chajjas, shelves, cills, landings, cover stone, templates etc n exc 2m in length , punched dressed on face and along exposed edges, self faced on other side and set and pointed in cement mortar 1:4 incl plastering all around in CM 1:4 completed all as specified.

Treating and finishing the sunken portion of WC by providing 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 with and including water proofing compound and elastomeric membrane and applying two coats of bitumen, providing necessary connection items suitable for WC incl 40mm dia spout pipe. Providing lime concrete/40 mm graded stone/brick aggregate in sunken portion and 1mm thick multiplus plastfelt over 20mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate incl complete all as directed by Engineer in Charge. Note:- The cost of demolition of existing tiling, PCC, lime concrete, plaster and connections is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account.
