Providing structural steel galvanised squre pipe section work in trusses, other similar trussed purlins and members with all bracing ,gusset plates etc as per detailed design and drawing or as directed by Engineer- in-charge ,including cutting fabricating ,hoisting , erecting and fixing in position , making riveted/bolted /welded connections and one coat of anticorrosive paint and over it two coat of all oil painting & For Structure(PLUS) Providing and applying materials &labour for hot dip galvanizing of above structure including transportation for galvanizing minimum thickness 80microns (Net wt. of components to be Galv) preferably TATA structural section etc complete.

Providing and fixing HDPE container Syntex or alike one piecemolded water tank made out of low density polythyler andbuilt corrugation including of delivery up to destination hoisting and fixing of accessories such as inlet, outlet overflow of all tanks capacity 2000.00 litres Capacity Water storage Tank(DWSD. Item No-01 M)

Making hole in Tank

Making long screw in G.I. pipe including supplying and fitting jam nuts and extra socket etc.

i) 2 HP (DC Pump) with 900 WP minimum watt P.V. Panel as MNRE pump head Max Shut-off head up to 120 mtrs. For higher or lower head or in between various modules output could be decided on prorates basis. (As per latest guide line of MNRE)

Carrying out recuperation/Yield Test for ascertaining the discharge of constructed well/ excavated profile as directed by the IEC. The test out by the drawing down water from the well/ profile below normal/subsoil water level up to full depth rise is recorded the normal water level/subsoil water level in the well / profile as well as strainer/level at pump as per design of W.S. scheme shall be recorded prior to the test including cost of all materials, over Load , Labours etc. complete as directed.

Supplying all labours, tools and equipments for dismantling of head & water tank assembly and taking out 32 mm dia old G.I. Pipe, connecting rod, cylinder assembly the dismantled components after necessary changing for making the T/W in good condition with all transportation including unused taken out materials back in store all complete job as per direction of E/I. (As per Model Estimate of Solar Energy based Mini WSS. TS done by SE, Ranchi Circle & Circle Gumla dt. 21.05.2019)
