Periodical maintenance of STP Wells of ( Old Kalpa , New Kalpa, Mehra ,Sub Way ,New LCA Md Accn comprising of the following accessories :- (a) Submerisible pump of capacity 10 HP/ 7.5 KW, 3ph, 415 volts - 10 Nos (b) Indoor floor mounted electric panel board with switch gears and accessories (c) DI pipes of of sizes upto 150 mm dia with control valves and NRVs, pressure gauges, etc - as installed. (d) Contractor shall provide manpower to clean sewage collection tank in every month for providing cleaning material than remove accumulated mud, plastic and other eliments from tank than destroy to outside airforce station by transporting etc all are inclusive in quoted rate (e) Contractor shall provide well technician in evry month or whenever required to remove exsiting submerisible pump from well and bring it workshop for minor servicing, repair and removing of blockage garbage than clean properly again fixing in same position etc all are inclusive in quoted rate

Periodical maintenance of Shallow Wells Pump House at technical area (total 08 Locations) comprising of the following accessories :- (a) Submerisible pump of capacity 10 HP/ 7.5 KW, 3ph, 415 volts - 06 Nos (b) Indoor floor mounted electric panel board with switch gears and accessories (c) DI pipes of of sizes upto 150 mm dia with control valves and NRVs, pressure gauges, etc - as installed. (d) Contractor shall provide well technician in evry month or whenever required to checking of serviceability if pump get unsv remove exsiting submerisible pump from wells and bring it workshop for minor servicing, repair and removing of blockage garbage than clean properly again fixing in same position etc all are inclusive in quoted rate (e) Conrector shall provide M&L for cleaning of shallow wells in every month for removing of accumulated grass, tree branches , roots and other particals than applying chemical of beaching powder etc for water decontomanet etc all are inlcusive in quoted rate. (j) Contractor shall submit water quality Test report in every month after obtained from authorised Govt laboratery of raw water and after filtration water all are inclusive in quoted rate.

Periodical maintenance of Kalpa Pump House comprising of the following :- (a) Pump sets 15 HP -6 Nos,25 Hp 01 No 40 Hp -04 Nos and 60 HP - 1 Nos , (Kalpa Pump House) (b) Chlorination Plants-3 Nos (c) monoblock pump set - 4 Nos in the Pump House . (Booster Pump House) (d) Pump sets 15 HP -2 Nos & 10 HP 06 Nos. (MES Key personnel Pump House, SWT pumps) (e) The contractor shall make AMC contract with the authorised service agency of any make for pump set and the repairs/ maintenance shall be carried out through the Authorised service agency only as per instructions recommended by the original manufacturer. (f) The quoted rate for comprehensive maintenance of pump house is deemed to be inclusive of the following:- (i) Checking of electrical and water connection. (ii) Checking of blank packing (iii) Lubrication of all bearings (iv) Arresting of any minor water leakages at pumps. (v) Check motor and pumps for over-heating. (vi) Replacing the Gasket/Gland packing etc. (vii) Minor electrical accessories viz indication lamps, fuses, and meters etc. (viii) Cleaning of chemicals and lubricants etc. (ix) Preparing and submitting quarterly report on performance of the pump houses.

Taking down defective centrifugal pump set 15 HP by disconnecting the pump from motor after unscrewing nuts/ bolts of coupling, foundation, suction pipe delivery pipes and shifting of pump to workshop for repair/ servicing, comprising strip opening of pump, replacement of any defective parts, carrying out necessary lathe work, re-assembling and shifting from workshop to site, re-installation at location as directed by Engr-in-Charge, testing on full load capacity at least for 8 hrs, complete all as specified and as directed. (Supply of spare parts shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items here-in-after). Note :- (a) The spares shall be measured and paid seperately in the relevent items given below. (b) Cost of labour for replacement of spares and transportation are deemed to be incl in the quoted rate. (c) The pumpset shall be spared for one week for repair from the date of complaint given by AGE/ JE E/M regarding breakdown. The Contractor is responsible for making alternate arrangement of pump set in case of time required more than one week. (d) In case services affected due to delay in repair of pump set, a penalty of Rs 500 per day will be levied from the contractor. (e) Please note that this penalty is exclusively other than the condition 56 of IAFW-2249 and shall be treated as interim condition of the contract. (f) The decision of the Accepting Officer in this regard shall be final and binding.

Supply and fix in replacement of variable frequency drive suitable for 5 to 7.5 HP electric hanger motor , 3 phase 415 Volt, 50 Hz , motion control anolog and digital type inputs, etc all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make: L&T/Fuji/Schineder

M&L for removing of unsv hanger motor of capacity from 5 HP to 7.5 HP from existing position disengaged from gerar box bring it to workshop for repair and rewinding including replacement of all unsv spare parts than bring to same location and fixing in same position and coupling of gear box etc than checking its working condition all as specified and directed by Engr-In-charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of indication lamp LED in hanger door control panel all as specifed and direced by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for repairing of hanger motor gear box capacity 5 HP to 7.5 HP motor by dis engaged from motor and bring it to workshop than dismataling of unsv spare parts i,e gera assembly, shaft, flywheel, rings gaskit etc than repair properly cheking its working conditions than fix in the same orginal position all as specifed and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Dismantling pump and motor of submersible pump set of capacity upto 10 to 15 HP to carry out repairs and replacements at local workshop, duly replacing worn out parts, applying one coat of spray painting with synthetic enamel paint of existing colour and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (a) The spares shall be measured and paid seperately in the relevent items given below as supply only. (b) Cost of labour for replacement of spares and transportation are deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (c) The pumpset shall be spared for one week for repair from the date of complaint given by AGE/ JE E/M regarding breakdown. The Contractor is responsible for making alternate arrangement of pump set in case of time required more than one week. S&F in replacement of air release valave made of CI size of 100 MM all as specified and directed by Engineer -in- Charge.

S&F in replacement of air release valave made of CI size of 150 MM all as specified and directed by Engineer -in- Charge.

S&F in replacement of water flow sensor for sewage collection tank all as speifed and directed by Engr-In_cHarge.

Attending day to day water supply service related complaints like choking of rising main pipes of buildings, blockage in control valves/ float valves/ pipe fittings, arrest Leakage in any rising main/ roof etc, applying necessary engineering efforts like dismantle of pipes and fittings to clean and remove blocking objects, descaling of pipes, re-fixing of pipes on wall, etc to restore the proper flow of water to service tanks all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Note for item No 49 :- (a) The contractor has to attend above mentioned job in any location of entire domestic and tech area of Air Force Stn Sulur.

(b) The service tanks are positioned on roof top of multi storied buildings upto four storey. Contractor is responsible to ensure that the labour employed should be equipped with safety items like industrial helmet, safety belt, extensible ladder of 40 feet length, plumbing and cuttings tools, etc.

(c) The cost of rethreading of GI pipes of 25mm dia and adding of new GI nipple of suitable length after rethreading is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

(d) Due to shortage of water in the station, the repair work and testing required under this item need to be carried out during water supply distribution hours i.e. 5:30 AM to 7:30 AM. Nothing extra shall be permitted in this regard.

(e) The cost of repair to the damages of cemented surfaces/ external finishes/ metal clamps of rising pipes are also deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

(f) In case of any delay in attending the complaint more than 6 hrs after handing over routine/urgent complaints, the contractor shall be liable to pay the penalty as described in penalty clause given here as under.

(g) If the delay is more then 06 hrs period and the GE is not satisfied with the reason for delay then penalty at the rate of Rs 1000/- per job shall be deducted from the dues of the contractor. Please note that this penalty is exclusively other then the condition 56 of IAFW - 2249 and shall be treated as interim condition of the contract and shall be enforce above as and when delay in individual job is noticed and no claim whatsoever on this account shall be entertained by the Deptt.

(j) The decision of the Accepting Officer in this regard shall be final and binding.

S&F in replacement of PVC water storage tank cover suitable for 500 ltrs capacity tank with locking arrangement complete including taking down of existing one all as specified and directed

Supply & fix GI pipe 50 mm bore medium grade laing in wall/roof/celling/trenches etc complete all as specified and as dierced by Engr-in-Charge. .

S&F in replacement of Rotational moulded polythene water storage tank ISI Marked of 5000 Ltrs capacity (three layer white colour) cylinderical vertical with closed top including 3 Nos GI check nuts and tank nipple of 25mm bore for inlet and outlet, 25mm bore ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR part -I including taking down of old unserviceable tank complete all as specified and directed.

(a) All as per Item No. 82 herein before but water storage tank 2000 ltrs capacity.

M&L Removing of accumulated earth over water supply mains of any width and depth up to 30 cm. including cleaning/cutting the grass and removing the grass waste to outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- The unit rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive of following:- (a) Cutting and filling shall be cleared of shrubs, vegetation, grass bush, weed, trees and sapling not exceeding 30 cm in girth, measured at a height of two metre above ground level. Useful material shall be stacked. (b) Cutting the grass/felling of trees shall include digging out roots up to 60 cm below the ground level or 14 cm below the formation level, whichever is lower. All holes and hollows formed in the ground digging out of roots shall be carefully filled up with moorum/red bajri well rammed and levelled.
