Taking down chowkats or frames with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frames) exc 1.50 Sqm but n. exc. 4 sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing conforming to Fe290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 35mm factory made second class hard wood 35 mm thick plain framed, panneled framed panneled shutter ( two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9mm B.W.P commercial ply or 12 mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both side face specification complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 30mm flush door shutters, soild core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type both sides with and including 1mm thick plain colour PVC sheet fixed or laid on around the all side surface of flush doors by using rubber based adhesive as per specification complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F for second class hardwood glazed and skeleton door shutters 35 mm thick, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc , sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, section 8, clause 8.24 (a) fitted to chowkat complete all as spd and as directed.

S&F Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded single side prelam PVC 'C' channel instead of plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and single prelam PVC sheet used instead of plain colour PVC sheet and stile & rails having one side feathered edge and on other side 10mm 90degree bent edge & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail;Panelling of single side prelam colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, suppling & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm single side prelam PVC sheet used instead of Plain colour PVC sheet & edges will be painted to match with prelam sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube, suppling & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and directed
