Mitigation of Flash Flood by Reducing Sediment and Water Yield at Salbari, Bhawanipur in Sunsali Hill Watershed through Ecological Management Practices (EMPs) under SDMF during 2024-25.

Clearing and Grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable materials to be used or auctioned up to lead of 1000 meters including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm thickness etc. all complete as directed.

Earth work in excavation of foundation trances of structure as per drawing and technical specification including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and back filling with approved materials as directed.

Providing stone/brick soling in earthen shoulder with stone/ best quality jhamma brick, sand packed and laid to true line and level and in panel after preparing the subgrade including earthwork including all labour and materials and and if necessary dewatering etc. complete as per drawing and technical specifications.

Plain Cement Concrete 1:3:6 nominal mix in foundation with crushed stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size mechanically mixed, place in foundation & compected by vibration including curing etc. complete as per direction and specifications.

Supplying fitting fixing of TMT reinforcement bar in structure as per drawing and specification including cutting, bending, binding etc. complete as per direction and specifications.

Reinforced cement concrete in sub-structure as per drawing and technical specifications and steel shuttering formwork.

Plastering with cement mortar (1:3) on brick work in sub-structure as per technical specifications and directed.

Providing fitting and fixing R.C.C. Signboard.
