Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm G.I strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)

Providing & fixing of GI earthing bus bar with insulator

Supply & fixing @(10% of unit cost) of 2.5Sq.mm Cu wire with PVC saddles along the wall for connection with GI bus bar

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Half brick masonry with Fly AshBrick(230x115x75mmsize) bricks of class designation 10 in foundations and plinth in : cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening ,cutting ,bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more

Providing,hoisting and fixing above plinth level up to floor five level precast reinforced cement concrete work in stringcourses, bands, copings, bed plates, anchor blocks , plain windows ill sand the like, including the cost of required centering , shuttering but , excluding cost of reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1cement :1.5coarsesand (zone-III)derived from natural sources:3graded stone aggregate20mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4(1cement : 2coarsesand(zone-III)derivedfromnatural sources : 4gradedstoneaggregate20mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Demolishing cement concrete manually /by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Total impact of GST plus Labour Cess [@ 1 % (BOCW Cess to be deducted from the RA bill as per the value of the work progress)] for the purpose of CTC
