Taking down carefully, copper/aluminium point wiring (Light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fittings and fixtures such as switches, ceiling roses, regulators, sockets etc., and making good disturbed surfaces of walls floors, etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour Point wiring complete with 1.5 sqmm single core FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade with multistranded copper conductor drawn through and including PVC casing and caping and all accessories fixed to walls / roofs / ceiling etc. and including 1.5 sqmm copper cable FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed cable 1100 volts as earth continuity conductor and connected to common earth dolly, including fabricated steel terminal box made out of 1.60mm thick MS sheet concealed in walls, with 3mm thick laminated sheet top cover/Pre moulded PVC switch board for housing the switches, socket outlets, fan regulators etc., all as specified and as directed for the following: -

One light point/Bell point controlled by one switch

One fan point controlled by one switch and one regulator

One 3 pin switch socket outlet point 5 amps on same board with other switches.

One light point controlled by two two way switch.

Material and labour for point wiring with 4 Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed single core stranded copper conductor cable 1100 volts in PVC casing & caping for 2 in one, 3 pin 5 Amps & 15 Amps multi purpose socket on independent board and existing cast iron or pressed steel terminal box with new laminated sheet top cover 3 mm thick, including PVC insulated & unsheathed copper conductor cable 4 Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed cable 1100 volts size for earth continuity conductor and connected to earth dolly including painting to existing sunken boxes with anticorrosive bituminous paint after thorough cleaning, all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Point wiring complete with 1.5 sqmm single core FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade with multistranded copper conductor drawn through and including 20mm dia medium grade rigid non-metallic surface PVC conduit and all accessories fixed to walls / roofs / floors / ceiling etc. and including provision of 1.5 sqmm copper cable green in colour as earth continuity conductor and connected to common earth dolly, including fabricated steel terminal box made out of 1.60mm thick MS sheet concealed in walls, with 3mm thick laminated sheet top cover for housing the switches, socket outlets, fan regulators etc., all as specified and as directed for one light point controlled by one one way switch.

Material and labour for point wiring as per colour coding with 1.5sqmm FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable 1100 volt drawn through in and including 19 mm thick rigid non-metallic PVC concealed conduit medium quality including new sunken terminal boxes duly epoxy painted and 3mm thick plastic laminated sheet top cover and continuity earth wire PVC insulated copper conductor standard unsheathed of size 1.5sqmm FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed cable 1100 volts for one light point / bell point controlled by one switch/fan point controlled by one switch through regulator including cutting chases pinning in making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 ends of edges of landing, steps, cills, sun shades, shelves, lintels, etc and cutting for concealed conduit wiring etc and making good, cutting not exc 10 cm girth in brick wall complete all as specified.

Supply and replace in repairs fan condenser 2.5 mfd, AC 440 volts, 50 Hz complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Make : Universal /KEIL/Havells)

Supply and fix in repairs ceiling fan hanging clamp with bush, locking pin and nut and bolt Including taking down complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour, earthing complete with galvanize steel earth plate electrode 60 cms x 60 cms x6.00mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 meter below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0mm by means of bolts ,nuts ,check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel and thimbles and other end of the earth wire connected to main switch board and protected by galvanized iron or steel pipe light grade 40 mm bore and water pipe 20 mm bore GI light grade (ISI marked ) with funnel and wire mesh ,including all necessary excavation and earth work PCC chamber in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 and RCC cover and all as shown in electrical plate No, 5 of MES Sch Part-1 (2009), complete all as specified.

Material and labour in repairs Stringing drawing earth continuity wire PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor FR/FRLS by opening junction boxes/corner/wall panelling/ fitting/ fixtures etc connecting to common earth point & connecting to earth dolly for following sizes.

Supply and fix 1100 Volt grade heavy duty twin core 10 Sq mm of size,(2 core) flat or circular cable PVC tape and over all PVC sheathed as in service connections suspended by insulated hangers not more than 1.00 meter apart including 4 mm dia GI suspension wire and taking down old unserviceable wire of any type and any size complete all as specified.

Taking out and dismantling the burnt out old winding wire complete and cleaning the internal slots of rotor with ring and rewinding the exhaust fan of size 300mm sweep motor with super enamelled copper winding wire of suitable SWG including varnishing, baking in oven and reassembling refixing at same/ required location, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item No 44 above but exhaust fan of 400/450mm sweep

Material and labour for preparation of old painted surface of exhaust fan of any sweep complete and painting the same with one coat of synthetic enamel paint of existing colour using brush and rewriting of MES No complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repairs condenser 4/3.5 mfd, AC 230 volts, 50 Cycles, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repairs ball bearing suitable for exhaust fan of any sweep and make complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down exhaust fan of any size/sweep from existing position complete with blades from brackets etc and servicing the same properly by cleaning, greasing, oiling replacing the unserviceable spare parts etc, and reassembling and refixing in the same position all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note: cost of spare parts shall be measured and paid separately as supplied only. The cost of labour for replacement of spare parts deemed to be included under this item)

Taking down wall mounted fan of any size/sweep from existing position complete with blades from brackets etc and servicing the same properly by cleaning, greasing, oiling replacing the unserviceable spare parts etc, and reassembling and refixing in the same position all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note: cost of spare parts shall be measured and paid separately as supplied only. The cost of labour for replacement of spare parts deemed to be included under this item)
