P/L of cement concrete 1:6:12 ( 1 cement : 6 fine sand : 12 graded brick aggregate 40mm nominal size ) and curing complete, i/c cost of formwork in foundation and floors.as per S.I.No. 273

Class M-150 brick work in 1:4 cement and coarse sand mortar in foundation and plinth i/c supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. as per direction of E/I S.I.305b

12 mm. Cement plaster in 1:4 with cement and coarse sand mortar in single coat on fair side of single or half brick wall for interior plastering up to floor two level i/c internal rounded angles champhers and or rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm in grith and finished even and smooth no extra for mixing any additive.S. I. No 13.4.1

Providing and laying of P.C.C. Work in 1:2:4 , cement , coarse sand , 20 mm gauge stone grit of not less than strength of M - 150 and curing complete I/c all material , labour and T & P etc. . required for proper completion of the works . S. I. No. 279b

Providing and laying of R.C.C. work with cement , approved coarse sand and 2cm gauge stone ballast in the proportion 1:2:4 (1 cement : 6 aggregate ) in lintels of doors and windows excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending but i/c its fixing and binding wire and i/c necessary centering and shuttering etc. and also i/c supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the works strength of the concrete shall not be less than M-150 as per SI No. 284

Mild steel or Iron in Plain such as R.C.C. and R.B. work (when not included in an over all rates ) wrought to required shape as necessary i/c bending for proper completion of the work and i/c supply of steel its wastage bend hooks authorised over lapping shall be measured upto floor two level. as per SI No. 504

Provision for sign board as per Approved By S.E.
