INTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY WORKS

Point wiring (using approved colour coding as per IS) with 1100 volts grade, stranded copper conductor 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area), FRLSH,PVC insulated and unsheathed cable IS 694 marked TEC and FIA approved and including PVC concealed conduit(thickness not less than 1.5mm ) of suitable size and its fittings ISI marked PVC junction boxes terminated in sunken/pressed metal flush box for mounting of modular switches/sockets/fan regulators including white cover plate with frame, also including FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) 1100 volts grade, copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor to common earth and connected to earth dolly including necessary cutting/chases complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge for the following (Switches and regulators shall be measured and paid for separately.) ( Wiring shall be done as per colour code in IS for phase, neutral and earth) ( the cost of Modular cover plate and metal flush boxes is included in the unit rate quoted for this item) Note :Eye/bottle thimbles shall be used for connection in switches/sockets & MCB's in DB's without any extra cost.:-

(a) One light point controlled by one switch or one (Ceiling/ Wall/ Exhaust) fan point controlled by one switch and regulator and one bell point controlled by one bell push

(b) One 3 pin 6 Amps socket outlet on independent board

(c ) One 3 pin 6 Amps socket outlet on same board

All as per item Ser No 25 here-in-above but one light point controlled by two 2 way switches.

Sub-main wiring with 2 single core FRLSH insulated and unsheathed cable with stranded copper conductor of 4.0 Sq mm drawing into & including heavy grade PVC Concealed conduit ISI marked of suitable size with all accessories and one additional 1 run of wire of 4.0 Sq mm but green in colour for earth DBs and boxes with proper thimbles,including necessary cutting/chases complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Three runs each of one RM of 4.0 sqmm cable together with conduit shall be considered as 1 running meter for payment purpose. (ii) Work to be executed from SPN DB to AC point.

Sub-main wiring with 2 single core FRLSH insulated and unsheathed cable with stranded copper conductor of 6.0 Sq mm drawing into & including heavy grade PVC Concealed conduit ISI marked of suitable size with all accessories and one additional 1 run of wire of 6.0 Sq mm but green in colour for earth DBs and boxes with proper thimbles,including necessary cutting/chases complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Three runs each of one RM of 6.0 sqmm cable together with conduit shall be considered as 1 running meter for payment purpose. (ii) work to be executed from main TPN DB to SPN DB.

ROAD AND PATH

80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour,design & pattern as in footparth, walkway, parking etc.,of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand & filling the joints after laying complete all as specified and as directed.

SUMMER APPLIANCES

Supply and installation of Desert cooler electric driven (single phase) with outer body made of PGI (Plain Galvanised Iron) sheet not less than 1.20 mm thickness for fixed part,thickness of PGI (Plain Galvanised Iron) sheet for shutter not less than 0.80 mm thickness,front grill made of PGI (Plain Galvanised Iron) sheet with minimum weight 2.80 kgs,overall outer size not less than 66 cm X 66 cm X 99 cm (Height) ,copper wounded fan motor having nominal air flow capacity of 4000 cum per hour ,capacity of water storage tank not less than 80 ltr and submersible pump for required flow of water complete all as specified and directed.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

DI/GI pipe fittings for spigot and socketed/flanged joint suitable upto 150 mm bore such as bends(any type, radius and angle) tapers any type, (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc),Tee pieces single branch. Y junction, double branch, cross (all sockets and spigot ) collars, caps and plugs,tail pieces with one end flange(integrally cast) and one end socket, complete suitable for any size of pipe and push on flexible rubber tyton joints/flange joints complete all as specified and directed

Sluice valve, 150 mm bore, cast iron body, having brass spindle with iron wheel at top, class PN 1.6, with flanged ends, drilled suitably, complete with joints and including necessary joints by means of bolts, nuts washers and rubber gaskets, conformig to IS 14846-2000 complete all as specified and directed.

Sluice valve, 80 mm bore, cast iron body, having brass spindle with iron wheel at top, class PN 1.6, with flanged ends, drilled suitably, complete with joints and including necessary joints by means of bolts, nuts washers and rubber gaskets, conformig to IS 14846-2000 complete all as specified and directed.

Construction of brick masonary valve pit of size 1000 mm x 1000mm x 900 mm (Internal size) thickness of walls shall be 23cm in brick work in CM 1:6, internally plastered 15 mm thick in CM (1:6) and externally plastered in CM (1:4), 15cm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 having 15cm offset around, including 4 cm thick coping in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 on the top of the brick wall and 3mm thick mild steel sheet cover and angle iron frame of size 40 mm x 40mm x 6mm including provn of suitable hold fasts to hold the frame, locking arrangement and lifting handle, duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint, over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting road/Hard standing/ path up to 45cm width and 1 mtr depth and making good by using PCC type C2 (1:3:6) using 40 mm graded stone aggregate and finishing complete including earth work all as specified and directed.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY WORKS

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing Manufacturer or OEM (original equipment manufacture) Diesel Engine Driven Generating Set capable of delivering 40 KVA or nearest higher rating 415 Volts (AC 3 Phase ,1500RPM ,4 wire system of supply) , 50 Hz at power factor 0.8 minimum. The DG Set shall consist of a diesel engine flexible coupling coupled directly to matching alternator and mounted on metalastic foundation pads on a common base frame and thereafter installed in the CPCB approved acoustic enclosure (the complete set conforming to and test certified as per CPCB norms IV or latest and as specified) all as specified, directed complete with AMF control panel standardised by manufacturer, fuel tank with mounting arrangement and inlet, outlet return oil arrangement, suitable exhaust pipe complete and shall comprise and including the following :-

(A)Engine (Prime Mover) : The diesel engine should be totally enclosed, compression ignition, water cooled (radiator cooled) turbo charged suitable for Power generation application having minimum of suitable BHP capacity to drive the 40 KVA alternator at 1500 rpm under NTP condition confirming to BS 649, complete with all interconnecting piping and the following standard accessories. Suitable fly wheel, Flexible coupling. Air Cleaner. Radiator heavy duty type,Cooling fan, Water circulating pump.Corrosion resistor, PT Fuel pump, Electronic governing control (EGC),Fuel filter,Fuel shut down solenoid (24V DC, stop solenoid, Lubricating Oil filter, Oil cooler, By pass filter, Silencer,Starter,cold starting kit,antivibration pad.

(B) ALTERNATOR:- AC alternator copper wound, self excited, self regulated, self ven 40 KVA PF 0.8 1500 RPM insulation class 'H'. Enclosure IP 23 complete with AVR with + 0.5% voltage regulation, directly coupled to and match the above engine and alternator confirming to IS-4722, permissible over load 10% for 1 hour in 12 hour operation complete all as per IS-13364.

(C) METALLASTIC : Anti-vibration pads for mounting engine, alternator assembly on the base frame/plate.

(D) BASE PLATE : Base Plate shall be made out of structural steel as per manufacturer's recommended design/specifications.

(E) ACOUSTIC ENCLOSURE : Provision of an integral type approved/certified acoustic enclosure weather proof, water proof and corrosion free, as per latest CPCB norms, for the DG Sets to restrict the noise level to 75 db at one meter distance and temp rise within canopy shall not exceed 50 - 70 degree C. It shall be made of 14 SWG CRCA MS Sheet with powder coated finish on outside and provided with non igniting fire retardant foam as acoustic material. There shall be four hinged doors out of which one shall be with a glass window. The base shall be of ISMB section all as directed and shall include as under:-

(F) BATTERY : (i) Suitable capacity battery maintenance free as per manufacturer recommendation (ii) Battery charging alternator with inbuilt regulator and suitable size copper leads

(G)Silencer shall be absorption type, non resistance, residential and exhaust pipe covered with asbestos rope of suitable size extending to about 2 meters outside the acoustic enclosures.

(ii) Internal wiring with PVC copper conductor cables, IS - 694 marked, FRLS in conduit and fluorescent lamp fittings.

(iii) Fuel tank of 8 hours capacity made out of 14 SWG CRCA MS sheet, duly powder coated and provided with float, gauge and fuel float switch - 01 Set (iv) Foundation for DG Set shall be as per design of OEM and shall be provided within overall cost quoted.

Material & Labour for cutting of existing hard standing/road up to 15 cm depth for laying of pipe lines and making good the disturbed surfaces by providing PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) after laying of pipes lines and returning filling of soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out existing serviceable LT panel of capacity 250 amp after disconnecting all incoming and outgoing connections including taking out carefully cable size of 150/70/16 sq mm 3.5 core approx 3x30 mtr and refixing same LT panel at new location within 25 mtr radius and refixing all cables with suitable joints and lugs,PCC foundation for LT panel and necessary modification in existing panel and busbar complete all as specified and directed Note: Exavation & cable of any size will be measured and paid separately.

Supply installiation, testing and commissioning factory made,outdoor type, floor mounted, main LT panel board, cubicle type totally enclosed outer edge made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet and inner compartments of 2 mm thick sheet metal enclosed with angle iron frame of MS angle 50x50x6 mm suitable for operation on 3 phase 4 wire, 440 volts 50HZ system , with hinged pannel door (covers) on two sides with handle, bottom gland plate and locking arrangement consisting of sufficient nos of circuit cable entry holes at bottom only with suitable PVC/rubber/wooden brushes to prevant ingrass of water/vermin etc,inside the enclosure,required nos of holes to be fixed with chromium plate brass cable glands for cable entry and exit complete with neccesary internal wiring with standard copper conductor FRLS wire of adequate size,duly powder coated internally and externally of approved colour with pcc foundation (1:2:4) and aluminium busbar 400 amp ( 01 set comprising 4 nos strip) for 3 phase and neutral mounted on epoxy insulator,CTs, Ammeter, votmeter,indicator lamp including following accesories. INCOMING:- (i) MCCB 125 Amps, 4 pole,25KA = 01 No (Main Incoming for 16 Offrs Block) OUTGOING:- (ii) MCCB 32 Amps, 4 pole 16 KA =5 Nos (01 No for each floor and 01 spare) (ii) MCB SPN 20A =1 Nos (For Stilt) (iii) Digital Voltmeter-01 No (iv) Digital Ammeter-01 No (v) Indicator Lamp-01 Set (vi) CT-600/5

FIRE FIGHTING WORKS

Supply and fixing 63 mm dia instantaneous pattern branch short stainless steel 304 pipe, minimum 12.5 mm dia nozzle conforming to IS903, suitable for inter connection to hose pipe coupling complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing and testing of Booster pumps for 440v, 3 phase 50 HZ confirming to IS-12469:1988 with CI casing bronze impeller and stainless steel shaft mounted on heavy duty bearing suitable for 900 LPM discharge,30M head and pressure 3.5 kg/cm2 with suitable star delta starter complete all as specified and directed. Note- Each block shall have two pumps ( 01 working + 01 standby)

(v) Dry Density. (vi) Water table. (vii) Specific gravity. (ix) Atterberg limit. (x) Hydrometer analysis. (xi) Liquid & plastic limit. (xii) Swelling Index).

MANNING AND OPERATION OF LIFTS:-

Manning & Operation of Lift electrically operated Microprocessor controlled complete with power driven automatic stainless steel (SS) sliding doors and having SS car enclosure of size, 8 passenger at a spped of 1.0m/sec to serve upto 5&6 floors (G+4&5 Floors) including automatic rescue device after completion of work. The defect if any shall be attended or intimated immediately to concerned incharge. ) (1 lift attendant per building per shift of 8 hours)(Total 02 lift attendants) Notes: (i) The Lift operator employed should be ITI and should have Minimum 4 year experience of lift operator. (ii) Lift operator shall be deployed for one shift per day. Timing of shift shall be as decided by GE.Lift operator shall also be responsible for RESCUE in case Lift gets stuck.
