CONSTRUCTION OF GIRLS MINI COMMUNITY SAINTARY COMPLEX IN NEMALUR AT NEMALUR PANCHAYAT GUMMIDIPOONDI UNION

Earth work excavation for foundation in all classes of soils and sub soil to full depth except in hard rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring strutting if required for the sides of foundation.

Supplying and filling in foundation and basement with good m.sand in layers not more 15 cm thick including ramming, watering and compacting etc.complete complying to standard specification

Cement Concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40 mm HBG metal for foundaion including watering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick. Compacting etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed.

Supplying and Erection centering for sides and soffiots including necessaary supports and strutting as directed by the departmental officers. Rate for 10m2 for the following items (RCC floor slab, roff slab, Rectangular / Square, Tee/ Ell beams, Lintels, Staircase waist slabs, Landing slabs, Landing beam, Portico beam etc.)

Supplying and Erection centering for sides and soffiots including necessaary supports and strutting as directed by the departmental officers. Rate for 10m2 for the following items (RCC floor slab, roff slab, Rectangular / Square, Tee/ Ell beams, Lintels, Staircase waist slabs, Landing slabs, Landing beam, Portico beam etc.) Above

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position Mild Steel / Ribbed Tor Steel grills for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and G.I. binding wire in all floors etc. complete complying with standard specification. (Contractor has to make his own arrangements for the supply of steel and binding wire)

Reinforcement Cement Concrete 1:1.5:3 using 20 mm ISS HBG metal for all RCC item of works excluding cost of reinforcement and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering but icluding curing and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor or roof slabs wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of walls, sides and bottom of the slabs, beams, etc., shall be finished smooth with cement mortar 1:3, 12mm thick and with kraft paper without claiming extra as directed by the departmental officers complete complying with standard specifications.
