Brick lining on both side of the road of M-150 bricks 7cm wide 11cm deep, laid with mud mortar including labour & supply of bricks finished to the required template and in proper alignment and also including dressing and ramming the excavated earth as directed by the Engineer-Incharge (S.I. 765)

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific size to water bound macadam Grade-2 specification including spreading in uniform thickness laying by Paver Machine, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel/vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density, as per Latest MORD specification.

Providing & applying Primer coat with bitumen emulsion (ss)on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.75/kg sqm using mechanical means as per technical Specification Clause 502.(By Machine Means)

Providing & applying tack coat with V.G. 10 using bitumen distributor at the rate of 0.30Kg per sqm on the prepared granular surface treated with primer cleaned with hydrolic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.(By Machine Means)

20mm thick Open-Graded Premix Carpet using Bituminous (penteration grade/modified bitumen) Binder-Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix surfacing of 20mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6mm aggregates either using viscosity grade bitumen VG-10 to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a hot mix plant, laying by Paver Machine and rolling with a smooth wheeld roller 8-10 tonne capacity, finished to required level and graded to be followed by seal coat as per Lates MORD specification.

Providing and Laying seal coat by mannual means with V.G.-10 Grade Bitumen sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using type C as per Lates MORD specification.(By Machine Means)
