JOB WORK FOR REPAIR OF COOLING TOWER OF CENTRAL AC PLANT 300 TR OF DWSA:- (a) Labour for carefully taking out old fills of cooling tower by taking out fan guard, including taking out damaged fill support frame & casing support, cleaning of complete cooling tower internally including basin tank etc as reqd at site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.- 01 Job. (b) PVC Fills of standard size 600x300x150mm per standard pattern to maintain flow of condenser water to achieve desired cooling including transportation from shop to site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Qty-320 Nos. (c) Labour charges for fixing of PVC fills including cutting & fixing as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 01 Job. (d) M&L for re-fixing of the base frame duly repaired and replacement of fill support for 25mm dia GI Pipe complete all as required at site-10 RM.

SHIFTING OF DG SET OF 200KVA FROM JTF HANGER TO SIGNAL SECTION AND SHIFTING OF 100KVA DG SET FROM SIGNAL SECTION TO JTF HANGAR AT AF STN LOHEGAON:- (a) Material and Labour for disconnecting of Incoming/outgoing XLPE cables, control cables and earthing lead from DG Set and AMF Panel complete all as directed. 02 Jobs. (b) Material and Labour for taking out of existing AMF Panel of DG Set alongwith frame and removing form PCC foundation and re-fixing the same to some other location with frame duly grouted in PVV complete all as directed. 02 Jobs. (c) Material and Labour for taking out of existing external fuel tank from signal section alongwith frame from PVV foundation and re-fixing the same at JTF hanger with connecting pipes, frame and PVV foundation complete all as directed. 01 Job. (f) Material and Labour for reconnection of cables, control wiring and earthing lead disconnected in item No. 1 above using lugs, nuts, bolts, washers etc in the DG Set and AMF Panel complete. 02 Jobs. (g) Supply and Fixing of PVC insulated PVC Round sheathed multi core industrial flexible cable conforming to IS 694:2010 with flexible bright annealed copper conductor for voltage grade 1100Volts 1.5Sqmm and 7 core from DG Set to AMF Panel complete all as directed.
