REPAIR MAINT OF HT DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM, VCB TRANSFORMER, HT PANEL AND CABLES AT AFS AMLA

Material and Labour for on load filtration/dehydrating of transformer oil by means of ultra High vacuum double stage machine to remove impurities from oil such as moistures dirt air and other gases at site of installations by continuous circulation of transformer oil through mechanical filters (any type transformer 11KV / 433 volt and 33 KV/11 KV) at various location to achieve the desired dielectric strength of 40-60 KV for one minute at 2.5 mm gap including filtration of new transformer oil required for top up to oil conservator level complete all as specified. Note: (i) Oil samples are to be collected from top and bottom of oil tank and test results to be submitted by the contractor for each sample before and after filtration. (ii) New transformer oil required for top up will be measured & paid separately.

Supply and topping up new transformer oil as per IS-335 of dielectric strength 60 KV at 2.5 mm gap in transformers/CTs/PTs of various capacity installed in various sub stations. Note: (i) New transformer oil in the transformer shall be filled in the transformer only after filtration and dehydration of existing transformer oil. (ii) Transformer oil shall be supplied in sealed barrel with test result and test certificate to be submitted by the contractor.

Taking out old/ exhausted silica gel from transformer breather, cleaning of the breather assembly. Supply and filling new silica gel in the breather complete and re-fixing the breather assembly with the transformer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix in repairs breather assembly of the transformer of 1 KG capacity, any shape, any dia suitable to fit for existing transformer assembly complete all as specified and directed. Note: Shape/type should be as per existing transformer at site.

Supply and fix in replacement out door type HT 11 KV cable jointing feeder pillar (supplied by CPRI approved manufacturer) powder coated for inspection and meggering during faults, fabricated of CRCA sheet 3 mm thich duly painted as per standard normas totally enclosed and sealed with rubber packing and feeder pillar mounted on MS angle size 70 x 70 x 05 mm thick including two coat of black paint over one coata of red oxided primer, dust proof, vermin proof/ water proof both sides openable, having provision for termination of two No's 11 KV HT cable with AI bus bar PVc sleeve, air insulataed coloru coded of 200 Amp capacity, duly mounted on 11 KV epoxy insulators with two No's GI studs 10 mm thick for connection of GI earthing stip complete all as specified and as directed. Make & drawing to be approved by GE.

M&L for disconnecting 11/0.433 KV distribution transformer of follwing capacity by removing overhead conductor/ underground cables and earth strips etc. Installation of transformer after repairs, making all connections, testing and recommissioning to full satisfaction of Engr-in-charge. Taking out the transformer from any substation using suitable capacity crane or by any other method irrespective of type of approach available, loading in vehicle, transportation to workshop for repairs and unloading carefully. Reloading the tranformer after repairs, transportation to site and unloading including placing at given position complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) All the T&P required for disconnection, connection, loading and unloading including necessary petty items like bolts, nuts etc will be arranged by the contractor and rates for the same deem to be included in the rates quoted. (ii) All test certificate to be produce by contractor to Engr-in-Charge. (iii) Any damge to the transformer during transporting or any damged during repair will be rectify by contractor without any extra cost.

M&L for repair to transformer step down 11/0.433 KV indoor/outdoor type of following capacity, after dismantling the transformer carefully, opening the top cover of transformer for inspection /repair, draining out the transformer oil from the housing complete, taking out the core and winding by disconnecting the internal connections, removing the carbon/sludge deposit in transformer housing core, renewal/replacement of u/s rubber bushes and washers , replacement of tap changer and thimbles, replacement of silica gel, replacement of top cover gasket set including pasting with pasting material, replacement of worn out nut and bolts, replacement of unserviceable LT & HT bushes, cutting the burnt out winding and re-winding the same with suitable size of super enamelled copper wire as per existing guage, insulating the winding connection by using fire proof sleeve and fire proof tape, varnishing the coil, keeping the coils in electric oven chamber for 24 hrs to remove the moisture, Painting of complete transformer body from outside and inside, Marking of MES/SM Number etc, replacement of conservator tank glass, re-installing the core and winding inside properly, making the all connection with suitable copper lungs, refilling of dehydrated transformer oil including dehydration, reinstalling the top cover after cleaning and painting of housing, conservator tank, expulsion vent etc, Meggering the LT and HT side of the Transformer and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Winding wire including labour for making of coils and LT/HT bushes will be measured & paid seperately. Contractor should make necessary arrangement for factory visit before opening of the transformer for repairing work and testing of the transformer after carried out necessary repairs.

Material and labour for preventive maintainance, overhauling, servicing & testing on on/off load of Vacuum Circuit Breaker (VCB) 630/800 Amps, 3 Phase, 50 Hz, AC supply system, indoor type of Make: Easun Reyrolle/Areva/ Megawin/CG by taking out trolley of vacuum circuit breaker 630/800 Amps 11 KV from the cabinet & opening top cover, cleaning & decarbonizing moving and fixed contacts, lubricating, inspecting the control wiring identifing the defect & their redressal alongwith microprocessor EF/OC relay, tripping coil electrical and checking for auto manual operation, caliberation of microprocessor E/F & O/C relay of VCB complete and caliberating with portable relay test kit to set time and fault level adjustment of setting with according to load & time with main grid for proper synchronising the the tripping so that individual VCB shall be tripped prior to main panel checking & inspecting the wiring, spring charging motor, tripping coil, closing coil, spring charging limit switch & testing for manual /auto tripping system, cleaning wiping of insulating component, incl primary & secondary current injection test, spouts, busbars, supports, CT, PT, cleaning contact tips, cover the expossed portion of busbar with HT tape & heat shrinkable sleeves, spout insulators for visible crack, tightness of fasterners holding moving contacts, check & correct the buffer gap adjustment & mechanism settings, meters.
