The Bidder should be a Manufacturer or Authorized Dealer or Trader for supply of the material/equipment specified in the present enquiry.AIncase of Manufacturer:Manufacturing License B.In case of Authorized Dealer: i.Authorization letter from the OEM assuring full guarantee and warranty obligations as per GCC

The Bidder should have obtained orders from any Government Electrical Utilities/ PSUs /Any Govt. Factories for supply of not less than 80% of the tendered quantity (However it will be 40 % to Micro and Small Enterprises) in any one of the last 3 years (2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25)Purchase Order copies placed by any Government Electrical Utilities/ PSUs /Any Govt. Factories shall be uploaded.

The Bidder shall furnish test certificates for type test conducted as per IS/IEC standards at CPRI/ERDA/NABL Accredited Govt laboratories/NABL Accredited Govt Testing Houses to ascertain the quality of the material/equipment specified in the present enquiry. The Type Test Reports shall not be older than 5 Years from the date of bid opening.Type Test certificates shall be uploaded.

The Average Annual Financial Turnover of the Tenderer should be not less than the amount put to tender (However it will be 50% with respect to Micro and Small Enterprises) during the last 3 preceding financial years (2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25)Certified copies of audited Financial statements such as P&L statement, Balance sheets for the FY (2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25) shall be uploaded.
