WORK SERVICES FOR PROVISION OF MAFI POWER REVERTING TO BACK FEED CONFIGURATION AT AF STNUTARLAI

Material, Laying , connection, testing and commissioning for Automation system for sequencial monitoring and controlling 06 Nos VCBs, RMU for operating of HT 11 KV VCB in Auto mode by electric supply availability, fault current sensing , operating of incomer VCB in Auto mode. The system shall consist the following items complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge:- 1) panel Box with made out of 2mm thick CRCA sheet stand made out of angle iron including programming for automatic ON/OFF operation of VCB and provision of operation in manual mode. 2) PLC type 32DI/24DO repairs-1Set 3)HMI display7" - 1 Nos. 4) Communication Module RS 485 serial communication- 1 No. 5) Energy meter with RS 485 indicating all Electrical Parametres including PVC flexible copper conductor cable PLC of type - 7 Nos. 6) Main Switch 32 A - 1No. 7) Control MCB 6A - 21 Nos. 8) Relay Module including all accessories - 3 Nos. 9) Power Supply Module 24 VDC 5A - 1 No. 10) Fan 4"- 1 No.

11) Ventilation Fan Filter 4" - 2 Nos. 12) Cable tray as per requirement. 13) Din Rail - as per requirement 14) Control Wire 1.5 Sqmm 2 core as required. 15) Power Cable 2.5 Sqmm as required 16) Power Trminals as required. 17) Control Terminals as required including internal controll limits. 18) Programming of PLC as per site requirement for automatic/ manual mode operation of VCB for ensuring power supply change over based on supply availability all as directed at site. 19) Field wiring 1Sq.mm 2 core cable with glands, lugs, connectors, conduit as per requirement of suitable lugs for connection with existing VCB & ACB 20) Power Cable of multi core copper conductor with glands, lugs, connectors, conduit as per requirement of suitable lugs for connection with existing VCB & ACB (21) all safety precaution and connection should be as per IE rules. (22) All connection & operational sequention and time lag for switching should be as per user reqmt accordingly CAT II mode of operation (23) Integration of ACBs/VCBsyo suit emergency power feed to MAFI PS-II includng selection and supply with conformity to interlock suitability for normal and CAT-II modes of operation for specific direction of power feeds.

Supply, install, commission and test Ring Main Unit (RMU) HT 11 KV Outdoor Extensible type, cubical 3 Way (2 I/C VCB + 1 O/G VCB) gas (SF6) insulated comprising with incomer - 2 Nos. X VCB and outgoing - 01 NOs X VCB of rating of each 630 Amp 3 phase 50 cycle 12 KV, 20 KA/3 sec ambeint temprature (-5 degree celsius to +55 degree celsius ) . Manual operated SF6 breaker having copper bus bar 600 Amp rating cast resin tank with , LV current transformer compatible with self powered relay & 11 KV resin cast PTs (one set of 3 Nos.) with seprate metering chamber complete make- SIEMENS model 8 DJH ST/ euivalent in makes specified in Appendix "B" Makes of Particular Specifications.. Each Circuit breaker will have the following- (i) Manually operated SF6 VCB 3 phase 630 A, 12 KV rating circuit breaker having resin cast tank and earthing switch with full making capacity with position ON-OFF - Earth (ii) Manual line disconnector with three position switches ON-OFF -Earth (iii) Anti reflex operating handle (iv) Auxiliary switches 3 No. +3 NC with wiring

(v) Shunt trip coil (230 V AC) for external trip signal (vi) Self powered O/C + E/F relay protection 3 phase definite time over current and short circuit protection with selectable inverse time characteristics and definite time short circuit currrent element ( ANSI 50/51) , definite Make- WIB Woodward AVK SEG/ equivalent (vii) Live cable indicating LEDs energised through capacitive voltage dividers (viii) cable box suitable for cable termination of 1 No , 3 CX 120 Sqmm XLPE cable

Accessories with each RMU includes- (i) Operating handle -01 Nos (ii) Right angled cable boots make- Siemens/equivalent - 03 Sets (iii) Capacitive voltage indicator type HR-ST-Make Hortsmann - 03 Nos separate metering chamber having - (i) 3 phase 3 limb drawout type bus connected epoxy potential transformer ratio 11 kv/root3/110V/root 3 AC accuracy 1.0 burdon 50 VA-01 9ii) Digital type voltmeter -01 Nos. (iii) RYB indicator- Sets NOTE- (i) RMU shall be outdoor plinth mounted (ii) Erection commissioning and civil work (plinth protection) for RMU is deemed to be included with unit rates. Height of plinth should not be less than 0.60 mtrs from ground level.

Supply, lay, test, joint and commission XLPE insulated , screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric powercable heavy duty with aluminium conductor of size cross sectional area 120 sqmm 3 core, 11000 Volts grade (11 KV earthed system); laid in trenches/under floor/through ducts, on Hill / fixed on pole complete all as specified and directed. Note : Excavation & Earth work, sand cushioning, cable protection cover, pipe and joint shall be measured and paid separately under respective items .

S&F for Cable End Termination Jointing Kit, HT 11 KV grade, heat shrinkable, indoor type complete with jointing materials and accessories suitable for HT XLPE cable 3 core 11 KV grade of size 70 Sqmm to 120 Sqmm x 3 core armoured alumuinium conductor cable complete all as specified and directed. Note- Unit rate quoted by the contractor shall be deemed to inclusive of jointing material like long sleeve form RMU connection and other connected items, T&P and labour etc.
