Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia & length ( hold fast lugs or dash fastener shall be paid for separately).

(a) Second class teak wood

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required.

(a) In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade:

(a) Two or more coats on new work.

French spirit polishing :

(a) Two or more coats on new works including a coat of wood filler.

Providing and fixing stainless steel ( Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-incharge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.).

Providing and fixing to stair well ordered to size ( size about 3.0 x 3.0 = 9 Sqm) or ranging from 8 Sqm to 10 sqm SAFTEY NET made of high density Knitted PP rope ( or any similar approved material) mesh netting. The netting used can be EITHER (a) Single layer mesh of 12mm PP rope handed knoted to a mesh of 100mm mesh size OR (b) double layer mesh netting. The 1st layer made of 6mm PP rope handed knoted to a mesh of 100mm mesh size and 2nd layer made of 4mm rope with 100 mm mesh size The 4 edges should be reinforced with additional high strength border 12 mm PP rope extended as 2 meter long tie cords at 4 corners for fastening to the available frame made of mild steel angle . The cost includes fixing the same to the frame with necessary fastners etc all complete as directed by engineer incharge.
