REPAIR/MAINT OF VARIOUS TYPES OF PUMP MOTORS, CONTROL PANELS AND ITS ALLIED WORKS AT ZAKHAMA MIL STN

Attending emergency breakdown of water supply installations where directed by disconnecting Water and Electric Connections of horizontal multi-stage centrifugal Pump Set of Capacity 100 HP installed at Pump Houses and taking out the same and transporting to MES store yard for repairing including transportation of serviceable pump set from MES store yard to pump house and installation the same in original position and re-connecting all water and electric Supply and Testing, commissioning complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item no 01 above but for 50 HP centrifugal pump set complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item no 01 above but for 10 HP centrifugal pump set complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repairs to electic motor, 3 PH, of capacity 100 HP, Make :Kirloskar/CG, involving the following operations :-

(a) Opening of the defective motor in MES store yard/workshop, cleaning the covers and parts as appplicable in presence of Engr-in-Charge to ascertain the quantum of defects and repairs involved.

(b) Transporting the defective motor to contractor's workshop/nearby repair workshop located at Dimapur for repairs as decided by the Engr-in-Charge and carrying out the needful repairs including replacement of defective/unserviceable parts.

(c) Assembling the motor after repair and greasing, oiling, etc of parts as required.

(d) Painting the repaired motor externally with one coat of synthetic enamel paint of shade and writing the SM & MES No as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(e) Transporting the repaired motor to MES store yard/workshop and carrying out necessary tests in presence of the Engineer-in-Charge as per IE Rule to establish functional ability/desired performance of the repaired motor to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge

(f) New spare parts required for repair of electric motor will be paid under supply only under respecive item of the Sch "A".

(d) Painting the repaired pump externally with one coat of synthetic enamel paint of shade and writing the SM & MES No as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(e) Transporting the repaired pump to MES store yard/workshop and carrying out necessary tests in presence of the Engineer-in-Charge to establish functional ability/desired performance of the repaired pump to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge a.

(f) New spare parts required for repair of electric motor will be paid under supply only under respecive item of the Sch "A".

Supply only the following new spare/parts suitable for use with CG//KIRLOSKAR Make, 3 phase electric motor of capacity 75KW/100 HP. (Note : Item supplied for incorporation against item No 4 above of existing make and model).

Supply only Fan Blade suitable for Electric motor (PVC) as approved, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing Fully Automatic star delta starter (ASD) 415 Volt cap. 150 HP complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Make - Havells model- HGS ASD or same as equivalent
