Removing old unserviceable following parts of Table writing and replacing with new one as shown on drawing FD-275:-

(a) Table top, 18 mm thick pre-laminated particle board one side natural teak shade and other side white of size 1145 X 600 mm with 6 mm thick teak wood edging all around after necessary cutting and made to size & shape and fixing in same poition as shown on drg & as directed

(b) First class HW (TW) leg for table writing as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

(c) First class HW (TW) Top side rail (single piece) of table writing size as per drawing and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

(d) Drawer complete with Knob of table writing size as per drawing and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

(e) First class HW (TW) long rail for table writing size as per drawing and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

(f) First class HW (TW) bottom rail of table writing size as per drawing and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

(g) Shutter of 18mm thick prelaminated particle board one side natural teak shade and other side white of size as per drg with 6 mm thick teak wood edging all around complete with knob/ handle and lock with duplicate keys fixed with and including piano hinges for table writing size as per drawing and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

(h) First class HW (TW) Stiffener bottom of table writing size as per drawing and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

(j) Ply wood 6 mm thick comercial for back of table writing size as per drawing and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing old unserviceable following parts of table dining 6 persons and replacing with new one as shown on drawing FD-273 (Sht 1/2 & 2/2):-

(a) Table top, 18 mm thick pre-laminated particle board one side natural teak shade and other side white of size 1500 X 900 mm with 4 mm thick teak wood edging all around after necessary cutting and made to size & shape and fixing in same poition as shown on drg & as directed by Engr-in-charge.

(b) First class HW (TW) leg of size 760x75x40 mm for table dining six persons as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

(c) Short rail of first class HW (TW) of size 900x10x25 mm for table dining six persons as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

(d) Long rail of first class HW (TW) of size 1500x10x25 mm for table dining six persons as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing old unserviceable following parts of table dining 8 persons and replacing with new one as shown on drawing FD-273 (Sht 1/2 & 2/2):-

(a) Table top, 18 mm thick pre-laminated particle board one side natural teak shade and other side white of size 1800 X 900 mm with 4 mm thick teak wood edging all around after necessary cutting and made to size & shape and fixing in same poition as shown on drg & as directed by Engr-in-charge.

(b) First class HW (TW) leg for table dining eight persons as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

(c) Short rail of first class HW (TW) for table dining eight persons as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

(d) Long rail of first class HW (TW) for table dining eight persons as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing the unserviceable components/ Parts from the Bed plywood top and replacing with new one as shown on drawing Bed plywood FD-246 and all as directed by Engr-in chrage for following :-

(a) 12mm thick ply wood top of size 1920mm x 900mm (single piece) BWR Grade fixed to wooden frame with suitable size of MS Screws as ordered all as shown on drg and as directed.

(b) Head side board complete as per drg.

(c) Foot side board complete as per drg.

(d) First class hard wooden long rail of size 90mm x35mm x 1930mm long.

(e) First class hard wooden short rail of size 90mm x 35mm x 900mm long.

(f) First class hard wood legs of size 60mm x 60mm x 600mm high including fixing of rubber rings/ shoes as shown on drg.

(g) First class hard wood stiffeners of size 45mm x 45mm x 900mm long fixed on shorter span to support ply wood top complete all as directed.

Material and labour for removing old unserviceable following parts of APO bed and replacing with new one as shown on drawing APO BED (Drg No - Godrej Model PL13/A3-D32911):-

(a) Prelaminated particle board exterior Gde top confirming to IS, 25 mm thick complete all as shown on drg and directed by Engr-in-charge.

(b) Head board complete with plank support, PVC bush, PVC beading & suitable star screws as per drawing.

(c) Foot board complete with plank support, PVC bush, PVC beading & suitable star screws as per drawing.

(d) Side Rail 25mm pre-laminated board as per drawing.

(e) MS Stiffener complete all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

(f) MS Bracket with star type screw of APO Bed shape and size as per shown on Drg.

Removing old unserviceable following parts of sofa set 5 seater (3 seater plus two single seater) and replacing with new one as shown on drawing FD-281.

(a) Back long rail / seat long rail of 1st class HW(Teak Wood) of size 35x70x1680 mm as per drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

(b) Stiffeners in Seat/back of size 20x50x600 mm as per drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

(c) 1st class HW (TW) arm of size 525x70x35 mm complete all as shown on drg and directed by Engr-in-charge.

(d) M&L 100mm thick foam 40 density of size 21"x22" ISI marked complete as directed by Eng-in-Charge.

(e) Taking down worn out/ damaged tapestry and lining cloth from foam cushion of size of 21"x22"x100mm and supply and stiching new linning cloth and finally covering entire foam with new tapestry cloth, shade and colour as approved complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing following old unserviceable parts of side board and replacing with new one as shown on drawing FD-251/378:-

(a) Shutters with 18 mm thick pre-laminated particle board one side natural teak shade and other balancing white with 6 mm thick teak wood beading all around, shutter shall be fixed to the side board with full lengh MS piano hinges including 2 Nos of Knobs & one lock four lever brass all as shown on drawing and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

(b) Ply wood commercial type cut to size and fixed in position at the back side of the side board with suitable wood screw complete all as shown on drawing and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

(c) Shelves made out of 12mm thick ply wood commercial type for side board as per drawing and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

(d) First class HW (TW) legs for side board as per drawing and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

(e) First class HW (TW) bottom stiffeners for side board as per drawing and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

(f) Drawer complete with knob for side board as specified and shown on drawing and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

01 x skilled carpenter to be provided by the contractor to attend furniture related complaints of routine maintenance works of all Offrs Md Accn and all units under the Jurisdiction of GE Golconda including BSO Funrniture yard. The transport facility and tools for the deployed carpenter to be provided by the contractor for attending all complaints, Timing for duty hours will be from 09.00 AM to 5 PM in all working days and in case of absence from duty carpenter payment deductions will be leived as per policy in vogue. All other conditions will be followed as per policy. The material required for incorporation will be supplied by department. List of nature of complaint of carpenter work are as below :- 1. Removing U/S plywood top from bed plywood/ charpoy GI pipe with plytop and fixing new plywood which is being supplied by department. 2. Fixing elbows, checknuts and welding stiffeners to charpoy GI pipe with ply top. 3. Polishing of furniture as per day to day complaints as directed by Engr-in-charge. 4. Deployed carpenter needs to attend complaints of all Offrs Md Accn and all units under the Jurisdiction of GE Golconda. 5. Any other misclleneous carpenter works as directed by Engr-In-Charge.
