Supply, install, test and commissioning copper wound step down transformer, out door type complete with stranded fittings, HT, 11 KV, 3 phase, LT, 433 V, 3 phase, 4 wire with off load tapings on Primary side to vary secondary voltage + / - 7.5% with tapings at every 2.5% rating of capacity 400 KVA including bushing on HT side and LT side all as per IS-1180 with energy efficiency level 2 complete with all standard fittings and accessories all as specified and directed comprising following accessories :- Note : This item includes the following (a) HT Cable box comprising of three Nos porcelain bushings HT 11 KV with brass bushing rods nuts and washers. (b) LT cable box on LV side consisting of four Nos porcelain with brass bushing rods complete with nuts and washers with two Nos cable gland suitable for 3.5 core 400 sqmm LT U/G cable. (c) Oil conservator with filler type drain valve and oil level gauge. (d) Dehydrating breather with first fill of dehydrating agent. (e) Explosion vents. (f) Thermometer pocket on tank cover. (g) Rating plate and terminal marking plate. (h) The earthing terminal two Nos to facilitate fixing of earth strip. (i) Oil filling hole with cap/plug with connection plate complete. (j) Air relief valve plug. (k) Initial filling to transformer oil. (l) PCC block platform of suitable size in cement mortar 1:6 with PCC foundation 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate, PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate 20 cm thick coping over brick work plastering to exposed surface of platform. (m) Two Nos GI tubing light grade 100mm dia and suitable length embedded in brick wall on LT/HT side for drawing underground cable. Note :The Quoted Rate for this item is deemed to be included for Note (a) to (m).

Material and labour for XLPE insulated, screened PVC bedded, galvanized strip, armoured , electric power cable , heavy duty , with aluminium conductor 11 KV (E) grade, cross sectional area 120 Sqmm, 3 core confirming to IS-7098 ( Part II ) (amended upto date ) including supplying, jointing and testing, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L insulated armoured heavy duty electric XLPE cable with aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade cross sectional area 400 sqmm 3.5 core including necessary cable lugs, bolts, nuts and washers complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cable jointing kit for 11 KV (E) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrinkable type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 sqmm to 185 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cable jointing kit for 11 KV (E) grade cable for indoor termination heat shrinkable type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 sqmm to 185 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for laying of cable, foundation etc, and getting out in hard /dense soil all as directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, leveling Watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm all as directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point all as directed.

Supply and spread fine river sand in trenches, as in cable cushioning all as directed. Note :-For payment purpose only punned thickness will be considered .

Supplying & laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV,Type 1, flat, size 300 mm x 180 mm x 40 mm abutting each other with gap between adjacent slab not exceeding 10mm over under cable for protection all as specified and as directed.

Brick protection cover on cable with sub class 'B' brick, laid dry and flat adjacent to each other complete all as specified.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised mild steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick burried directly in ground (Earth pit not less than 2.25m below ground level). The top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connected to GI strip 32x6 mm as earth lead by means of nuts, bolts, thimbles, check nuts, washer of GI or steel at two places including PCC (concrete chamber) shall be PCC 1:3:6 type C-I by using 20 mmgrade stone aggregate with finish internal surface of concrete chamber shall be given 15mm thick plasterin CM 1:4, funnel with wire gauge, 80 mm thick RCC pit cover, 320x320mm of RCC 1:2:4 type B-I using 20 mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with XPM jalli, charcoal dust and common salt all as shown in electrical plate no. 5 of SSR Part-I 2009 and specified including provn of GI strip protected by 40mm dia med grade pipe and water pipe shall be 20 mm bore medium grade, including all excavation works, earth work and connecting the earthing lead to an earth test point/main switch/MCB DB's and testing after completion complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No.12 here-in-before but using 20 x 3 mm copper strip and copper plate of size 600 x 600 x 3.15 mm, as earth electrode complete all as specified and as directed.
