Lift Civil work Description - Construction of RCC Lift shaft/well (G+2) having clear inside, dimension as shown on drawings, with machine room of internal size 5.00x3.20x3.00M,including power supply cabling etc for Hospital Building as per,permanent specification such as framed structure, RCC roof and RCC Wall all as specified and shown in drawing Note :- Rate of item is included for M-30 design mix concrete for all RCC works Demolition of existing brick/concrete wall for necessary entry/exit in 3 floors without damage to the existing assets and connecting the lift to the existing building Internal electrification if any other than with the lift mechanism, Duct for power supply and basement. Height of the shaft/well is as under:-(A). Pit Height- 1.60M, (B).Floor ht- 3.2Mx3 (G+2)=9.60M, (C).Overhead height - 4.8 M

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in Soft and loose soil for laying of cable trenches all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.3 above but in hard dense soil all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layer not exc 25cm all as specified.

Removal of surplus soil (excavated soil) to distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point and all specified.

M&L for providing dry river sand/crushed stone sand dust for cushioning to UG cable including punning down of sand in layers all as specified. Note :- Cushioning will be measured and paid after punning down.

Supply and laying factory cast, unreinforced precast concrete cable cover factory made embossed the mark “LT CABLE” class LV type1 flat size 250x150x40 mm laid in trenches as specified and as directed.

Supply and lay in trenches / along the wall / floor / on poles / pillars / for road / Nallah crossing, pipes GI light grade of size 50 mm dia with and including all fittings and accessories complete including taking down the old unsv all as specified and and directed for cable protection

Cutting and filling with PCC 1:3:6 in bituminus road as per direction of Engr in Charge for laying of UG cable and match the existing road to the existing system all as specified and directed.

Supply laying and testing cable XLPE insulated screened beded,galvanized steel trip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volt grade wiyh stranded aluminium conductor of size 50 sq mm 3.5 core. Including taking down old unserviceable cable any size by dismantling of all electrical connection etc all as diercted.

Supply laying and testing cable XLPE insulated screened beded,galvanized steel trip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volt grade wiyh stranded aluminium conductor of size 25sq mm 4 core. Including taking down old unserviceable cable any size by dismantling of all electrical connection etc all as diercted.

MCCB 4 Pole, 415 V, Adjustable type, 63 Amps with breaking capacity 16 KA with MCCB DB all as specified and directed .

Distribution Board, 8 way, double door with 240 Volt, 200 amps rated bus bar with all accessories flush in the wall including matching the existing surface all as specified and directed.

MCB SP 5 To 32 AMP, single pole 240 Volts 10KA ''C'' curve , as per site requirment,Complete all as specified and directed.

MCB TPN/FP 40 To 100 AMP 415V 10KA 'C' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB), as per site requirment,Complete all as specified and directed.

Supply installation, Testing & Commissioning of ECO friendly Diesel Engine driven generating set of 25 KVA CPCB (IV+) norms and foundation (5Mx3mx1M) nearest higher side 400/440 volts, AC 3 phase, 50 HZ , 4 wire, 0.8 PF directly coupled alternator and engine liquid cooled with AMF Panel and other accessories comprising of following : A) ENGINE- Diesel engine, liquid cooled, turbocharged with after cooler, Vertical , electric start, compression ignition, 4 stroke, designed to run continuously at 1500 RPM confirming to IS 10002, ISO-3046, BS 5514 standard with an overload capacity of 10 % for one hour in every 12 hrs. operation. Diesel Engine will comply with present CPCB (IV) norms. The diesel engine will comprise of following: - i) Radiator with Fan , ii) 12 V Electric starting system ,iii) Mico pump., iv) Battery charging alternator ., v) Dry type air cleaner ., vi) K-Cool Super plus coolant . , vii) Exhaust Silencer., viii) Fuel Oil filter (Spin on type ). , ix) Lubricantion oil filter (Spin on type) , x)First fill of Lube oil , xi) Centrifugal by-pass filter., xii) In- line Monoblock fuel pump with mechanical governer and fuel pump. , xiii) Front & rear engine mounting supports. , xiv) Engine control panel consisting of OFF/ON/START keys lub oil pressure gauge, Ammeter, electronic Hour meter, speedometer. , xv) Safety against low lub oil pressure. , xvi) Engine operation/Maintenance, spare parts Manual., xvii) Engine test certificate, xviii) The Generator set should be as per the IS 8528 and Prime Roted power rating and Engine should be G2 category.

B) ALTERNATOR - Alternator, suitable for continuous operation rated at 1500 rpm 415 V, 0.8 PF, 50Hz, 3 Ph. in SPDP enclosure, self- excited & self- regulated, Brush less, floor mounted with Ball or Bearings on end shields. The alternator conforms to IS: 4722, BS EN 60034-1 & will be suitable for tropical condition. C) BASE FRAME: -Suitable to couple above Engine & Alternator made from steel sheet metal. D) FUEL TANK : - 8 Hrs Capacity, with Inlet & Outlet arrangement, air vent & drain plug arrangement. H) Acoustic enclosure - Supply & install of Acoustic Enclosure suitable for 25 KVA DG set as under., i) Fabricated out of CRCA sheet of suitable thickness as per manufacture design. Polyster based powder coated internaly and externaly with lockable type door handle. All nuts and handles shall be zinc coated. , ii) The doors are gasketed with EPDM gaskets., iii) Sound proofing with high quality rock wool/mineral wool confirming to IS 8183 of 50mm thickness and density at 96 Kg /M3 coverd with fiber glass cloth and perforated powder coats sheet specialy designed allenuators (Sound controller) at air entry and exit of the container noice level shall be not exceed 75 Db at 1 meter distance as per CPCB norms. , iv) Adequate ventilation to meet air requirement for combustion and heat removal with provn of a blower. , v) Emergency stop push button out side the container., vi) Provn of light inside the canopy providing of LED fitting 1x20 watt with wiring and control switch. Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 20x3mm copper stripe complete all a s specified and as directed.

Point wiring using approved colour coding as per IS (Red, Black and Green for single phase circuits), with multi stranded copper conductor 1.5 Sqmm nominal cross sectional area, single core, PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLS cable 1100 volts grade, ISI-694 marked including heavy duty PVC concealed conduit and conduit accessories concealed in wall/roof/floor etc, ISI marked including modular GI flush box of suitable size and hylum sheet for mounting switch including PVC insulated multi-stranded copper conductor to common earth and cnnecting to earth dolly complete all as specified and directed at site for one light point controlled by one switch 6A.

Switch piano flush type 1way 6A, 230 Volts, 50Hz, ISI marked, complete all a s specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frames exc 1.5 Sqm and n exc 4 Sqm each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) and making good disturbed surfaces including removing materials from worksite outside MD land at any distance complete all as specified.

Demolition of brick/PCC Block masonary work built in cement mortar and removing debris outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

LED light fittings 20W 4 feet 220 V AC box type with driver, holder including LED tube light of miimum lumen effiency 100 lumen /W connecting up with 3 core 1.0Sqmm copper conductor sleeve colour matching to fitting and connecting up complete all as specified and as directed

Providing services for operation of electrically operated stretcher cum passenger lift having capacaity of 1360 Kg / 20 passenger with three shift per day with one lift attendent (LIFT OPERATOR) each shift of 08 hrs for three shifts (from 0600 to 1400 hrs, 1400 to 2200 hrs and 2200 to 0600 hrs) (including Sunday's & Holiday's) . First year after completion of Phase I work. Location - Kasturi Hospital. (a) The lift operator shall adhère to the following points while carrying out his duties :- (i) Keep the lift car neat & clean. (ii) Check stoppage of lift at all the floors. (iii) Ensure functioning of emergency alarm system (iv) Guarding/security of lift & its allied items. (v) Lookafter & care all items of the lift. (vi) Keep a complaint register which shall be made available for endorsement of complaint if any by users (vii) Report to the Engr-in-Charge of any abnormality in working of lift.
