M & L in repair for MS Pipe of 400 mm dia size and length 6 mtr (thickness 12/16mm) for making header including of both side flanged joint with ms flanged, dummy flanged joint incl required size of gasket, nut bolt, provision of gas cutting of MS pipe of size 150/200mm dia - 02 Nos, 80 mm dia - 07 Nos, 25 mm dia-02 and welding of required size for incoming and outgoing, applying two coat of primer and two coat of synthetic enamel paint manually with Black/blue colour painting of Main Header of 400 mm dia and 06 mtr long including end plates as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed

(b) Operational Considerations: Must be safe to use in terms of level of insoluble components. There must be no risks relating to encrustations in equipment and pipe lines, no sludge generation, no hard water scaling in supply water. (c) Operator health consideration: Chlorination chemical must contain acceptable levels of granular size to avoid risks to operators from health safety point of view. (d) The brand and make of the chlorination chemical must be stated and certified by all India Institute of Hygienic & Public Health not earlier than 2008, confirming compliance to all the above specifications with a declaration from the laboratory that from the technical strength, stability, health safety and operational point of view as well as the fact that this product is used for drinking water applications for consumption by humans. The brand and make of calcium based granular chlorination chemical must be suitable for drinking water chlorination and is recommended for use. (e) RV/IV & Consumption detials of mtrls shall be kept in records.
