Demolishing structures by mechanical means such as hydraulic excavator, backhoe loader, JCB or equivalent equipment, including breaking, dismantling, handling and removal of all components of the structure complete, with all leads and lifts, and stacking of dismantled materials within the premises or at locations as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, complete as per direction.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved

Excavating, supplying and filling of local earth (including royalty) by mechanicaltransport upto a lead of 5km also including ramming and watering of the earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. complete
