Providing and fixing 10 mm thick acid and/or alkali resistant tiles of approved make & colour using acid and/or alkali resisting mortar bedding and filling joints with acid and/or alkali resisting cement as per IS:4457, all complete as per specifcations and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge : In flooring on a bed of 10 mm thick mortar 1:4 (1 acid and/or alkali resistant cement : 4 coarse sand) :

Providing and fixing of pre-coated colour or mill finish Aluminium Roofing Accessories in 0.71 mm thickness, Aluminium Alloy (IS Designation 31500, ISO Designation AA 3004 for colour), coating shall be 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both sides of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns, using self drilling/ tapping stainless steel screws of size M6, 60 mm long with 3 mm thick EPDM seal and stainless steel plain washer etc. all inclusive of labour, scaffolding, T&P and sundries etc.complete as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. Pre-coated/ Mill finish aluminium Ridges (Plain, 500-600 mm)

Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Welding by gas or electric plant including transportation of plant at site etc. complete.

Supplying and filling coarse sand under floors, in foundations and plinth including cost-of sand, royalty, transportation, loading , unloading, spreading in layers not exceeding 20 cm., watering, ramming, compacting, dressing and levelling etc. complete in all respects inclusive of cost of all labour, materials, tools, tackles etc. as per drawings, specifications and direction of Site Engineer.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade at all depths including ramming & shuttering etc. complete in all respects inclusive of cost of all labour, materials, tools, tackles etc. as per drawings, specifications and direction of Site Engineer: 1:3:6 [1 cement : 3 coarse sand (Zone-III) derived from natural sources : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources]

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS:733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. [Note: Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately] : Powder coated aluminium (Minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron)

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. [Note: Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item] : With float glass panes of 5.00 mm thickness (weight not less than 12.5 kg/sqm)
