Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30cm in depth but exceeding 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan i/c disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5m disposal soil to be levelled and neatly dressed in 1.6.2)Hard/Dense soil.

Earthwork in excavation in foundation trenches or drain including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5m including getting out excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50m. (1.10.1) Hard/Dense soil.

Providing and laying cement concrete in foundation and plinth excluding the cost of centering and shuttering.1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm normal size).

Polygonal rubble masonry/R.R masonry (uncoursed/ brought to courses)/ squared rubble masonry (uncoursed/brought to courses) with hard stone of approved quality in foundation & plinth in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand) i/c levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand: 12 stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) at plinth level.

Filling in plinth with sandy oil under floors including watering ramming, consolidation and dressing complete.

Steel Reinforcement for R.C.C work including, bending and placing in position complete. Thermo-Mechanically treated (TMT) bar.

Reinforcement cement concrete work in suspended floors, roofs landing, shelves & their support balconies, lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers upto floor two lever i/c finishing and plastering the exposed surface with cement mortar 1:3 (1cement: 3 Fine sand) of thickness not exceeding 6mm to give a smooth and even surface but excluding cost of centering, shuttering and reinforcement.

Half brick masonry 2nd class (local 1st class) in cement mortar 1:4 (cement: 4 Coarse sand) in superstructure.

12mm cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement :3 fine sand)

Steel work welded in built up sections, framed work in cutting, hoisting, fixing in position & priming coat of red lead paint. In gratings, framed guard bars, ladders, railing, brackets and similar works.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block (Rubber Moulded) of M-30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction and of approved size and design/shape laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with coarse sand etc. all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing walls with weather shield paint of approved quality on new work (three or more coats) to give even shade.
