Dismantling of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing demolished material to a distance not exceeding 50mcomplete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving exceeding 15cm thickness (above ground level) and removing demolished material to a distance not exceeding 100m complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) and removing demolished material to a distance not exceeding 100m complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork built in cement or cement lime mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with old size fly ash brick class designation 75 Kg/Sqcm, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in copings etc. including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description, on brick or stone walls, etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1: 4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth eithout using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in slabs supported on walls, beams & columns complete all as specified and directed (reinforcement to be measured separately).

Form work to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick, for fair finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over as reinforcement for concrete, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete including sub base of floors complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in floors and paving, 100mm thick, laid in panels complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for finishing surface of concrete roads, pavements, by belting and brooming complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming construction joint 30mm deep x 10mm wide filled with sealing compound grade 'B' complete all as specified and directed.

M&L forming 20mm thick expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade ‘B’ for 100 mm thick concrete slab all as specified and directed.
